We hope to welcome you back for another wonderful Latitude Key stay!

Thank you for the thoughtful review! We’re glad you found the property clean and comfortable, and especially appreciate you recognizing how responsive our team was throughout your stay. It’s great to hear the home worked well for your group, with large bedrooms, comfortable beds, plenty of seating, and the additional refrigerator in the pool house. We appreciate you bringing the upstairs drainage and trash collection concerns to our attention. Those are items our property and maintenance teams can address, and we’ll make sure they are reviewed. The bathrooms are part of the home’s existing layout, though we understand that their size may not suit every guest’s preference. Most importantly, we’re delighted that you would stay with us again. Thank you for choosing Latitude Key, and we’d love to welcome your group back!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the home well designed for large groups, particularly the spacious accommodations and private bathrooms that allow everyone to stay together comfortably. We do acknowledge the roof leak during your stay. Unexpected maintenance issues can occur, particularly during significant South Florida rainfall, but a leak inside the home is certainly something we take seriously. Our team has addressed the matter with the appropriate professionals. We also appreciate you noting that when the bathroom drain issue arose, our team came to the property and corrected it. We were surprised by the statement that our team was not responsive. Latitude Key provides 24/7/365 guest support, with dedicated support agents and in-house maintenance personnel, and the physical response to the drain issue mentioned in the review is one example of that service. We will nevertheless review the communication history to ensure any messages that may not have received a timely response are identified. Regarding location, descriptions such as a “bad section of town” or a “safe beach” are inherently subjective. The home's location is accurately disclosed prior to booking. Parking capacity is also clearly communicated in the listing and is based on vehicles rather than the property's maximum sleeping occupancy. A home accommodating a large number of guests does not necessarily provide one parking space for every guest or couple. We appreciate the feedback and are pleased that the home's large-group layout and private bathrooms worked well for your party. We remain committed to maintaining the property carefully and providing responsive service whenever an unexpected issue arises.
