The Space:

Endless resort amenities provide onsite entertainment including a private clubhouse (featuring a convenience store), Tiki Bar and Grill, Olympic size saltwater pool, splash pad, hot tub, sports courts, tennis and pickle, arcade, cinema, fitness center and more!

At Mickey's Hide Away, your private areas for recreation are just as exciting with a screened-in pool and hot tub, game room complete with foosball, media space and a hidden Mickey Mouse playroom! With enough to keep you busy and having fun all day, you’ll love relaxing in the cozy living room during leisure moments. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need for convenient cooking at home. Spend quality time sharing meals at the kitchen island with barstool seating or the formal dining table for 7. This home has an induction stove. It is state of the art but can be challenging to work. Please see a how to video in check in details with how to work it. It's Awesome!

This home sleeps up to 13 guests between 5 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Bedroom #1 has a smart tv and bunk beds with a queen size bed on bottom and twin size bed on top.
Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom #3 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom #4 has 2 twin size beds and a smart tv.
Bedroom #5 has a queen size bed and smart tv.

THINGS TO NOTE:
The HOA do not admit “commercial vehicle” this is categorize for any company logo on the any type of vehicle. No logos on cars.
The home has an additional half and full bathroom.

- Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.

- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.
- A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.
-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.
-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. Great place to stay!

The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect for our family. Great location and about 10 minutes to Disney. Bathrooms need a bit updating with the sink and tub finishes coming off and shower faucets have a lot of residue. Overall, great place and we would return.

Great for a Disney vacation

We were 8 people going to Disneyworld and this was the perfect place to stay. We were a 15 minute drive to the parks and there are tons of food choices close by. The house was huge and clean, although there are some structural problems in some areas. Most anything we needed was provided, including some games, pens and beach towels. The only real downside was the lock on the front door. We all struggled with unlocking it and the code had to be put in numerous times to finally get the door open. All in all, this was a great place to stay and I recommend it to families staying in the area.

Spacious, great location. Make sure you read their fine print. It advertises a bbq but is an extra fee if you want one. An extra fee is you want the pool heated. Very clean

Great house and perfect location

We absolutely loved staying here. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub heats up quick, and the house feels homey. My only complaints are:- I wish they gave you enough dishwasher pods to do at least 1 load a day. Same with trash bags. We are trying to keep the house clean.- the management company was not quick to respond to my question when I asked if we could check in an hour early. They said they would look into it and never responded. -There is not a grill on the property like the site stated but they do have a fancy oven so it almost made up for it. Overall, super cute house and my kids loved the pool! The hot tub was also really nice for those long disney park days.

Great house, terrible property management company

Stayed 4 nights. Property management company gave wrong check in information. Through a 3 hours process, figured out what was wrong and was able to access the correct property managed by the company (Feel free to ask them how they attempted to gaslight and blame me for their lack of accountability. House is spacious. Great kitchen for meals. Pool is great for small families. Gated community with attentive security at the front. House needs minor repairs to modernize but a good stay overall.

Excellent location, but house needs a lot of work

The location is excellent. Close to shopping, Disney and Universal. The house and pool were clean, and the beds were sufficient. However, the house needs a lot of work. The bath tub on the second floor needs replacing as it is chipped and peeling. Almost unuasableThere is a mystery puddle in the garage that never goes away. We assumed it was something to do with the HVAC. The washer and dryer work, but not well. The washer gets stuck in settings, and the dryer takes over 2 hours to dry a load. Several of the closet doors have holes in them and the safe won't open. The last deficiency is the bunk bed is wobbly and if you kve while up there, it may fall down. I was not comfortable with my 9 year old sleeping there. The master bathroom is beautiful, as is the screened in pool.

Great stay!!

Loved the house and the neighborhood is beautiful and safe. My only complaint would be there being no iron or ironing board there but that’s not a huge deal. Enjoyed our stay so much!

Mickey's Hide Away

Mickey's Hide Away was perfect. Very clean, close to the parks. this house was exactly as pictured. I would definitely rent this again for our family vacation.

We stayed here and wanted to love it. Great location, wonderful neighborhood, and felt safe! However, one of the main reasons we booked this house was for 1. The size-to accommodate a large family 2. Private pool and hot tub. The hot tub and pool stopped working on night 3, and wasn’t up and running until the night before we left. We were really disappointed and had very sad kiddos. The shower in one of the downstairs bathrooms was also broken and two families had to share a shower because of this. Overall, this property could be great, if the amenities that people book this home for, actually worked. Would not recommend you stay here, find someplace guaranteed to have all the vacation “must-haves” that you want.

Perfect location, Beautiful property

This home was the perfect oasis after busy days out and about seeing Orlando with the girls from our senior class. Every need was anticipated, communication was excellent, and the house was beautiful and comfortable. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

Disney vacation!

Family of 10 came to Disney! House was more than enough room! Only 10-15 min from all the parks! Pool was warm! House was clean! Great Spot! Will be returning soon!

Great Experience

Exactly as pictured. Clean property with a great pool and steps to a nice community building. The ease of getting to and from Disney was amazing! We enjoyed our stay and the property management company was very responsive and communicated efficiently. Will definitely be back.

The property was very spacious. The only things I would add is it would have been nice to have instructions on how to operate / control TV's, AC unit, pool heater and Spa. My experience when travelling is they all have instructions left on the kitchen counter on arrival..

Awesome space

This is a place we would definitely stay in again. The space is amazing. Apparently they stopped providing wash clothes due to theft so that was different. But it has great amenities and the location is perfect. We were able to schedule a movie for my daughter's birthday and close enough to Disney to get a ride and not pay for parking. The hideaway spot under the stairs is no longer available which was a little disappointing for the younger kids. Overall, it was great and we hated to leave.

Overall/Nice Place Stay

The property is very close and convenient to all shopper and food. We did found some issue with the house when we arrived at 1:00am due to our flight was delay. 1) 2 pool screen was ripped and open and a bird flew in to the pool area. I’m guessing the damage was caused by the hurricane couple days ago. 2) 2 out of 3 bathroom was down. One of them have no water coming out and the other one was clogged in the bath tub. And there was 9 of us, we have to share 1 bathroom I text the property manager at 1:00am in the morning and he responded to me in 30mins and got everything fixed the next day so I was very impressed. As long as all the problems is taking care of immediately then I’m happen. Overall my family and I was very happy with our stay

It was ok, Could have been better for sure

When we arrived we noticed some things broken, We took time stamp of photos as we didn’t want to be charged for anything. Our sheets had hair in them not the greatest impression, the comforter was dirty in top room queen. The pool was nice, it really stinks you can not put the air under 70 degrees, there was literally only 10 towels, 6 Wash cloths, super surprised. Not the best experience, not the worst. It was so so, kitchen was nice and big. The washer and dryer was nice as we had to wash towels after work he first night. It was hot in the house, water was more like Luke warm then hot. It was however hot in the house most Of the time. The communication was on point and perfect tho.

Not Great

The shower in the master bedroom was awful the shower head was just hanging there so you couldn’t actually get under the water to take a proper shower. There was mold and pink bacteria in there. The little hideaway under the stairs was sealed shut. The air conditioner was locked so it was hot in the house we were sweating at night trying to sleep. If you want a hot tub definitely don’t rent this house we never could get it hot one morning we woke up to it completely drained overall I do not recommend anyone staying here until they do some renovation and repairs.

Made this a great trip

My husband, son, and in-laws visited New Orleans for 3 nights in January. My MIL had always wanted to visit New Orleans so we treated her to this trip as a birthday present. The house was in a great location and made the trip perfect. When we arrived at night, the neighborhood seemed a little iffy. I wasn’t concerned because I’d read many reviews before our arrival. In the daylight, it was a charming area. The convenience of the coffee shop across the street was perfect. We had bagels each morning with fresh coffee and tea. My only complaint about the area is that there didn’t seem to be a grocer nearby, but that ended up being ok since we dined out for each meal. The house was spacious and very nice. I agree with the other guests about the varying temperatures from room to room, but I expect that in an older home. It was beautifully decorated and homey. Manuel was responsive and made some great suggestions I highly recommend.

Overall great with a few small hiccups

We really loved this house, the location to WDW was great, it was clean and spacious for the 9 of us. The only issues we had were the hot tub didn’t work. We asked the pool maintenance guy when we saw him and he said “Oh yeah I can get that going for you” and said It would be hot in about an hour or two. It never got hot. The second issue was it was cold in the house because the day highs were only about 60-65 so at night the house dropped in temperature and kids were cold. The thermostat was locked and couldn’t access the heat feature without a pin. I text the management and they said they would check on it but never heard back. Despite those two issues we had a great stay and would stay here again in the future.
