Beautiful, beach themed, totally remodeled 3 bedroom end unit has views of the ocean from all bedrooms and living areas. New paint and flooring throughout. Updated baths and beautiful, well equipped kitchen, with a picture window over the sink, giving you a view all the way to the south end of the island! New TVs and appliances and furniture. Ocean front Master has a King, with a 40" TV and a private, tiled walk in shower. 2nd bedroom has a Queen, with a 32" TV. 3rd bedroom has a set of Full bunks and a 32" TV. Guest bath has a shower/tub combo.
Comfortable living room has games & puzzles in the coffee table. Owner graciously supplies many beach items for you... beach chairs, cooler and Shibumi. Also a welcome bag containing 2 trash bags, 3 laundry pods, 3 dishwasher pods, 2 toilet paper rolls a paper towel roll. You will find dish & hand soap in the kitchen and body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap in the bathrooms. The owners strive to make this your best vacation and meet all your needs This gorgeous condo is perfect for that relaxing ocean front vacation!
Start your day on the wide deck with your favorite beverage as you watch the beach come to life, hit the shoreline for a day of fun in the sun, relax with a book under your umbrella, while the kids build a sandcastle, enjoy the many activities the island has to offer and dine at any of our great restaurants. Or just relax on the balcony and watch the Pelicans soar and the dolphins frolic! List of other amenities owner provides for your enjoyment and comfort: Phone chargers/USB outlets, sound machines, highchair, travel, pack n play, beach wagon, pool/beach toys, portable fan, portable Bluetooth speaker. In the kitchen you will find, spices, Keurig coffee pods & reusable Keurig cup coffee filters, sugar and tea.
Rental includes departure maid and all Linen, beach towels too!

Guests must be 25 Years of age or accompanied by a parent for the duration of the stay.

Excellent property!

The property was well maintained, well supplied and great location. Dena, the property manager was great! Very friendly and accommodating! She even found us a mixer so we could cook our favorite recipe for thanksgiving dinner. Waking up and seeing the sunrise from the master bedroom was awesome. Would definitely rent again!

Vacation 2023

What a wonderful, clean condo with amazing views. We were speechless with how everything looked online, and it was even better in person. Everything is well stocked, and having the washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus. We left our beach toys that we bought and a few other things for those to use. We look forward to staying again next year! :)

Veteran’s Day weekend

Gorgeous views from everywhere, sunrise to moon rise at night. The location was perfect, easy to get to and so close to .all of the local fun! The additional amenities of the indoor pool and hot tub for the chillier or rainy days was super nice. The condo is amazing and perfectly quiet for a restful and relaxing vacation. Beautifully decorated with plenty of space for our things. Having soaps, lotion and shampoo were also a great touch! The owners thought of everything from plenty of plugs for devices, night lights and a way to tap into your own Netflix, Disney +, or Amazon Prime through the tvs!! Such a nice touch! Plus they even had beach chairs and a cooler available for beach days…the sand is only steps away! The kitchen appliances, dishes and cookware was so well stocked we were able to cook any meal easily. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Fabulous

This was our first non hotel stay. We travel with our 24 year old son with autism and we really need a place where he has his own space. We decided to try the VRBO option this trip. I will say since I have no point of reference I’m not sure all properties are this nice and well appointed. Our hosts had such attention to detail being certain to having the property stocked with so many extras. From K cups to outlets made for phone chargers to foil and ziploc bags in the kitchen. She had the kitchen drawers and cabinets labeled. Plenty of blankets, towels and even dispensers of soap/shampoo in the showers. We really didn’t need to bring any extras at all! The view was perfect - a direct ocean view with a wide, comfortable balcony. We couldn’t resist the amazing sunrises. The rooms were impeccable and clean. Beds comfortable. I loved that this is an end unit with a stairwell on one side so it was very private and we didn’t worry so much about our son being noisy disturbing neighbors. The parking is right across the street. Our favorite was the quick 5 minute walk down the beach to restaurant/tiki bar. It was a lovely stay. We enjoyed quiet time in the living area looking at the view which is visible from the main area and the larger bedroom. It was comfortable and roomy throughout. If we ever come back to Carolina beach we would use this host at this property without hesitation.
