Nice Stay; Good Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was described well for the house, yard area and view. View was amazing. Beach access was away from property but not too far. Property positioned nice to visit Waldport, Newport, Yachats and Florence.

5 days of bliss!!!

The location, the view, the beach access, and quaint small town not far the house we are allAmazing. We watched the whales every morning, we watched some sea lions playing I the waves, and enjoyed star gazing at night. The folks at Ocean Odyssey were prompt in responding to our questions and helpful.

Beautiful cottage and perfect location. View of the beach from home and miles of beach just a few steps away. Everything was wonderful. Ocean Odyssey is consistently excellent in every respect.

Great location in Yachats

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the place was great and really enjoyed the fully fenced backyard, bbq, and sitting area overlooking the ocean. Made for watching sunsets perfectly. Windows and kitchen seating areas were great as well. Pictures represent the interior and we had no issues with any amenities, etc.The only concern which could be easily repaired were some holes in the fencing that faces the ocean but it did not impact our enjoyment of the yard.

The yard and view are just amazing. Easy access to beach three houses down. House full equipped! ADA! Very clean. Excellent Internet. Location, location, location.

This was one of our favorite places. The home was clean, it had an amazing view and just a short walk to the beach. The check in was easy, the views were amazing. It was a nice quiet area with plenty of privacy and no crowds on the beach. It’s also a short drive to shops and restaurants. We were even able to get a delivery from the local market quickly. We had an amazing time and would love to stay again.

Fair but not Great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The back yard is fenced which was great for our two corgis but it had rusted thru creating holes Chairs and a table were placed in front of the holes blocking the view of the ocean from the house. The floor plan is rather odd placing the bathroom next to the kitchen making it necessary to walk down the hall past the kitchen to the bath. The stools around the high table were dangerous and the couch was very uncomfortable. The king size bed was very high making it difficult to clime into. Not bad for the price but defiantly room for improvement.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has an amazing unobstructed view of the ocean and sunsets. Great dog friendly yard. The majority of the fence looks new. The front of it needs to be repaired. There was outdoor furniture against it to get dogs in. I added some more when I came. The house is very cute but has a few quirks. The bathroom looks very newly updated but the toilet seat did not fit properly. The bed in the main bedroom was so high we did not sleep on it. The dining room chairs were very hard to sit on. There was a note there that said they were going to replace the furniture. Some reviewers said the stairs down to the beach weren't usable. They appear to have been replaced. We were there for my 75th birthday and my dog and I went up and down them twice each day we were there with no problems. The beach was very flat and uncrowded. Great to walk on. The house was easy to find. We will definitely stay here again. The location between Yachats and Waldport is great.

Beach views galore and grassy yard for my dog; we all loved our stay at rhe Conrad Cottage! The kitchen was well stocked and 6 person dining table was a plus. This is a no frills house that is in need a refresh (interior paint, old furniture and range) but the beach views and beach access is 5 star. Be aware the fenched yard is only partial and the stairs to the beach are steep. The communication with the host was also excellent.

Amazing Ocean View!

The pictures do not do this property justice. We wanted a nice and stormy weekend to watch the ocean and get away from reality and our stay did not disappoint! The house was clean and orderly, it was private and stunning! Perfect off season get away! Will be staying here again!

Expansive views

The Conrad Cottage was perfect for our family weekend getaway. We loved spending time in the yard, which has incredible oceanfront views and easy access to the beach just a short walk away. The house is nicely tucked away from PCH, making it feel peaceful, yet it’s only a quick 5-minute drive to downtown Yachats. The kitchen could use a refresh of pots and pans with lids, but overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back

Love the Tillicum Beach House

Great stay. Cozy house. Great view. Comfy beds. Great location. Keep an eye out for the resident bald eagle. We got to watch him fish. Pretty spectacular.

What a view!

Great property with an awesome view!Nice backyard for the dogs, home was clean and comfortable. Furniture well used, and some were broken, but don’t let that deter you.It’s kind of sketchy getting to the beach as you have to traverse some rocks after the staircase, but well worth it!Will definitely book this home again!

Great spot

Great little spot right on the ocean. Beach access about a 2 min walk away to the north. Can be a bit tricky getting down with small ones but we managed. We were there during a storm and home stayed warm although water did pool in the slider track, so something to be aware of during heavy rain. All in all it was a great property and we enjoyed our stay.

It was has been nicely remodeled. The only complaint we had was that there was a lot of dog hair on the floor when we swept. And no we didn’t have a dog with us. It just seemed like it didn’t get vacuumed very well.

Lovely ocean views

Good size for two to three people and a dog. Bedrooms are small. Views to the ocean from the large windows in the dining and living area are great. Pathway to the beach is close, however would be very difficult for someone with mobility or balance issues.
