The Space:

This pretty Yachats vacation rental is surrounded by the ocean on all sides, making it a relaxing rental for up to seven people and two dogs (though a nightly fee per dog and minimum fee per stay will apply). Including classic amenities like WiFi, a DVD player, and cable, this little beach cabin is a real ocean pearl.



Located just 10 miles south of Yachats, this home is all about surf and sand. You'll spend endless hours playing in the waves, checking out tide pools, or visiting other local favorites like the Sea Lion Caves in nearby Florence.



Guests will love basking in the natural light streaming through the wall of windows while they read in the cozy living room, or watching movies before the toasty wood stove.



Cook full meals in the kitchen with fun extras like a hot water heater for tea, a dishwasher for easy cleaning, and a gas grill outside for cook-outs. Eat at the breakfast bar for three, or at the dining table for four.

Aside from some cleanness issues that we had to address on the first day we had a wonderful day! The cabin is so close to the beach and the sunsets were amazing. Will definitely come again!

This is a rustic cabin, with excellent beach access. Loved the beach but our stay was not a cozy experience. Roof leak in bedroom, needs new paint, windows filthy, bushes needed trim for view.

We loved the private access to the beach and having lovely meals outside on the picnic table. Only complaint was that we didn't book another day. We stayed two nights but arriving after 4:00 and having an early checkout time of 10:00 had us feeling a little rushed. One full day at this property is not enough. It was an expensive stay for only feeling like you had one day.

had asked specifically if the beach was accessibelf or elderly, replied yes- but it was NOT. Had to drive 3 miles for path to the beach.Prperty was totally private and ocean view was magnificent. If only the windows had been clean- they were so dirty and streaked we could NOT see through them.WATER pressure in kitchen and bath sink taps almost non-existent barely more than a drip, but the shower and toiler were not affected. The 2nd bedroom had a plastic curtain separating it from the entry hall, not a proper door.The wooden,slat deck wrapped around 3 sides of the house, weeds, blackberries and ferns growning through everywhere.- obviously no maintenance.Turns out built in 1963, best description is "deferred maintenance". Rust everywhere inside and out, Next to the salt water requires upkeep that hadn't been done. Overall a shabby feeling.- maybe trying to be funky- but didn't work.Kitchen had plenty of utensils. appliances and all worked. Bed linens and towels clean, Laminate flooring throughout- great as lots of sand and we were permitted a dog TV with sound bar, 5 different remotes - no instructions on how to use.
