Step through the enclosed front yard and be greeted by lush artificial grass, a seating area, and the peaceful charm of a beautifully landscaped entry, the perfect place to unwind before even stepping inside.

As you walk through the front door, you’ll feel like you’ve entered a luxury vacation retreat. Bright, cheerful colors, soaring ceilings, and an open-concept design immediately set the tone for relaxation and enjoyment.

Living Area
The spacious living room features an ultra-large television, a plush, inviting couch, and an industrial-style ceiling fan to keep things cool. Challenge friends or family to a friendly game of shuffleboard, or simply kick back and enjoy the seamless flow into the upgraded kitchen.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully stocked and thoughtfully designed, including vibrant turquoise bins for groceries, ample counter space, and modern appliances that make meal prep a breeze. Windows along the back wall flood the space with natural light and offer a picturesque view of the backyard paradise.

Bedroom 1 – The "Outerspace" Master Suite
Relax in the spacious master bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed, lounge chair, and mounted TV. Experience a celestial ambiance with starry ceiling lights and a customizable light fixture. Cozy up by the artificial fireplace or step out through your private sliding door to the backyard retreat.

The master bathroom is a showstopper: a modern barn door leads to a spa-like sanctuary featuring a walk-in shower with three rainfall shower-heads and a built-in bench. After your shower grab a warm towel out of the electric towel heater and get ready in front of a large, backlit mirror with adjustable lighting.

Bedroom 2 – The Bird Room
Enjoy a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and peaceful backyard views.

Bedroom 3 – The Jungle Room
This nature-themed bedroom features a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and overlooks the front yard.

A sleek, modern bathroom sits between these two bedrooms and features a walk-in shower and a backlit mirror for a clean, contemporary finish.

TVs are Smart TVs: Enjoy streaming your favorite shows and movies. Simply log in to your personal streaming accounts. Please note that cable service is not provided.

Backyard Resort
The backyard is truly one-of-a-kind. Whether you're dining under the custom patio cover, grilling on the built-in BBQ, or enjoying the separate island bar, this space was made for entertainment. Watch a game on the outdoor TV, challenge someone to ping pong or putting golf, or gather around the firepit as the sun sets.

***Guests have access to 1 car garage and whole driveway which is 42 ft long. The 2 car garage is not accessible. ***

OTHER THINGS TO TAKE NOTE:
-Additional fee for heating pool and spa. Must reach out to host beforehand for approval/arrangements. $100/day ($20/day for monthly stays).
-No parties or events ($1,000 fee and/or immediate termination of your stay, no refund).
-No glitter
-No smoking inside the home ($500 fee).
-Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices/music) - per city ordinance
-No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation
-Trash day is early Wednesday morning
-Pool cleaner comes every Wednesday

**If for whatever reason an amenity stops working we will do everything we can to repair it. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee repairs can be made during your stay, Lake Havasu is a small town and it can be challenging to get service professionals and parts ordered quickly.**
