The Space:

Welcome to Manor Cottage – a bright and inviting single-story retreat set behind a wide gravel driveway. This charming cottage features a welcoming exterior and sliding glass doors that create a seamless connection between inside and out.



The open-concept living space is filled with natural light and designed for relaxation. The living room is styled in warm neutral tones with layered textures, natural wood accents, and soft furnishing that are perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.



The kitchen and dining area boast soaring ceilings, sleek white cabinetry, and butcher-block countertops. A large farmhouse-style dining table sits beside expansive windows and sliding doors offering a lovely space to gather over meals.



In the main house, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds plus a shared bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. A separate guest studio provides additional privacy, complete with a queen bed, a half bathroom, and an outdoor shower.



Step outside to enjoy the sun-soaked deck that's ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Or take a moment to relax in the hammock in the garden. Beach supplies and a bike are also available for guest use.



Manor Cottage is the perfect escape for a peaceful, low-key getaway, with easy access to local wineries, scenic countryside drives, and the beautiful Peconic Bay beaches. The property is also just a 30 minute drive to Southampton, Westhampton, Hampton Bays and the Atlantic beaches.

Manor Cottage is just 2 hours from New York City. A car is essential for getting there and exploring the area. The main access routes are the I-495 W and FDR Dr.

The property does not have a TV however there is a projector for guest's use. || There is no microwave. || Bedrooms 1 & 3 do not have window coverings.
