The Space:
The largest vacation rental at Bungalow Beach Place, this upscale hideaway is steps from the Gulf. You’ll love the intimate Bungalow Beach Place complex - a boutique, nine-condo hideaway on soft white sands. Relax beneath coconut palms after a dip in the emerald waters!

Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Top-of-the-line finishes include ultra-soft bamboo linens, pillow-top mattresses, granite countertops, wood flooring, and high-end appliances and electronics. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen!

Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

Property is great, but amenities/communication lacking

The property itself and location is great. We had a great time at the beach and sharing the fire pit area with the other renters. However, we had a few issues with the amenities and communication with management. We notified them we would be arriving late as our plane was delayed and they seemed accommodating at first. When we arrived and had issues with the keypad, there was no emergency line we could find and were beginning to think we would be sleeping in our car. The phone line goes to a recorded message instructing to text or email so we did both and never heard back until 12 hours later. Their arrival instructions to "touch the keypad to wake it up" are not entirely accurate. We had to cover the entire thing with our whole hand in order to get it to work. Giving renters the "back up" code for the physical key up front or some kind of emergency line would be helpful. Be aware that "self-catering" means only 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and 2 dishwasher pods. No hand soap in the bathroom. If you're staying for any length of time, be prepared to buy your own. No skillets. Only a few pots, which were fun to try to cook eggs in. Fire pit available, but no lighter or matches. No outdoor cooler as advertised that we could find so had to buy one. Unit 9 is right by the road so expect some road noise. The parking lot is very small and we returned one day to one of the cleaning ladies parked in our spot. Again, overall this is a great property in a good location, but some improvements could be made.

Family vacation

Easy access to everything. Beach was a short walk, restaurants and stores are a short drive. The house was very nice and clean and had really good accomodations to make things easier, Perfect for our family of 4. Will return again in the future.

Hidden gem

We had a fabulous vacation. Love all the amenities. We will for sure be back and probably stay in the one bedroom oceanfront building. My only suggestions would be a keurig for the kitchen and maybe a cheap fan to drown out the noisy cars!! Loved the sunsets, loved riding the bikes. Celebrated my daughters sweet sixteen during spring break. Made some great memories. Thank you !!

Great beach location

We were in town for our daughter's beach wedding. We had other family members at this location and it was great! We had a lovely time. Very close to the beach and your own private beach for the building. The adirondak chairs and fire pit are awesome, along with the paddle boards and kayaks provided. The only suggestion I would have is to fix the microwave door and the mattress in the front bedroom needs to be replaced.

Very clean and comfortable cottage.

Very cute, clean updated cottage. We loved everything about our stay. We hope to return and stay in the larger beachfront unit the next time.

Cute little bungalow

The listing is very accurate, my only complaint was that the rug was so disgusting we didn’t want to walk on it. The beds we comfortable and plenty of room for the 4 of us.

Great Place

This is a great place to stay and we were very happy with it. Access to the kayaks and paddle boards is a great amenity. It was really nice being right next to the water. There are also a few great places to eat across the street which makes grabbing lunch or dinner very convenient. Grills worked great and were easy to use and get going. We would stay here again!

Wonderful Place to stay in Indian Rocks Beach

This is a special place! Will definitely come back. Love everything about it. Enjoyed the beach chairs, water boards, fire pit, and visiting with all the other residents. Great beach of course. See my official review and lots of photos @kindwavesofadventure.

Spring 2020

Really nicely decorated and super clean! Comfortable and walked on beach every day! Lighted sign out front would help at night. We drove by a couple times. Overall a great place to relax with chairs, umbrellas, bikes, picnic tables, grills and even a fire pit!

Parking

Only think I would change is the parking pass. People traveling who have to print off the pass is a process I would change. Print paper ones and leave in the rental. The last thing people want to do is run to Walgreens to print it off.

Perfect beach spot

The beach was so amazing, all the toys and amenities you could need at the beach made it so relaxing and easy. The only down side was the bedrooms where very bright at night and may need blinds. Overall the stay was great, beds were comfy, beach was beautiful. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Beach bungalow

We rented the property not directly on beach near road. It was clean and well appointed. We worried that it would be loud but was not. Access to common area /beachwas very easy. Our family made use of almost everything including beach toys in closet, grill, bikes, kayaks and fire pit! It felt like we were in our own backyard which we loved. We also cannot say enough about the ease in contacting company and their responsiveness. Initially 2 of the bikes’ chains were rusted and off. We called, and within an hour someone was there and fixed both immediately. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the property and would stay again if in area!

Perfect location for a beach getaway. While not directly on the beach, it was a 2 minute walk from front door to toes in the ocean.

Great vacation for my family of 6

I usually don't leave reviews but felt the urge to leave one for this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in unit 9. Everything was as advertised. The location is in a very quiet section of the beach which is what I prefer. I have 4 young daughters that I was able to keep entertained for the entire week. We stopped at Costco and Publix when we got into town so we could eat the majority of our meals in. The unit had everything we needed to prepare our meals with the comforts of home. The beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable and the pull out couch was as comfortable as you could expect out of a pull out bed. The first bedroom doesn’t seem to cool as well as the rest of the unit. That actually turned out to be a blessing since two of my daughters like it on the warmer side than the rest of us. I’m looking forward to staying here again in the future.
