The entire experience was excellent. Place was very clean and comfortable. Beach was a short walk. Pool was clean and well maintained. No complaints what so ever!

pool was very close-beach was just a few minutes to walk to, very clean, beds were comfy. very quick to respond to questions.good restuarants just a small drive away

Wonderful location, just steps from the beach. Super comfortable beds, and everything was very clean. Communication with the owner was excellent, very quick response for any questions we had. Highly recommend!!

We absolutely loved the condo! Great location! The beach and weather were wonderful! We had the best time for our anniversary trip. We had excellent communication with the hosts. We cannot wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

Beautiful condo in a great location! Easy walk to the beach and quick access to the pool. Location is ideal for easy drives to anything on Sanibel /Csptiva. Very clean unit with comfortable beds. Owner is quick to respond if there any questions.

Ken sent us the details we needed to check in and followed up to check on us. The condo was great and fit our needs. We were able to check in a little early on arrival day. If we go back to Sanibel we would be happy to stay there again.

I highly recommend this condo! It was in the perfect location walking distance to the beach. Everything in it was brand new and I'm perfect working order. The owner was very easy to communicate with. He even have me suggestions for food and things to do in the area. I'd give it ten stars if I could!

Great place! All you need for the family!

It was great! Had everything we needed for our stay. Was great for the little kids-our favorite thing was how close it was to the beach and the great pool! Everything was clean!

Great get-away location

This beautifully decorated, wonderfully well appointed condo was exactly as advertised. It is close to the beach, quiet, and offers every amenity you might want. We hope to make this a destination in many years to come.

Success

This was a lovely clean cozy rental with plenty of room and nice furnishing. Close to the beach and local restaurants. It is a very nice place.

Week in FL

Lovey vacation in Sanibel! Easy walk to beach, well stocked with beach equipment! Quick bike/drive to restaurants. Nice pool too!

A great place to have a great time

This condo is perfectly situated for the beach, the pool, the tennis courts, and all the fun. It is comfortable, well supplied and furnished. The host was communicative and helpful. The whole stay was enjoyable and we will be back.

Beautiful retreat!

We had a wonderful time in this quiet oasis! We were lucky to have beautiful weather to enjoy the beach and pool and utilized the kitchen for dinner! Condo was clean and cozy and Ken was great to work with! We will definitely be back for a longer stay sometime soon!
