The house is welcoming and the location is just gorgeous! Whether swimming right from the house or watching shooting stars at night from the deck made our stay special. The hosts were very responsive and thought of everything to enhance a stay. We appreciated all the thought and hope to come back some time to this slice of paradise.

The host was very responsive and helpful. Kathy’s place was well stocked, amazing view and good swimming right from the property. My only suggestion would be providing sun protection to enjoy the beautiful and expansive deck and screens on windows. I would highly recommend her place.

Fabulous House!!

We really enjoyed this beautiful home! Loved the concrete walls etc, towels were nice, kitchen is well stocked and labeled, cleaning ladies did a great job, very comfortable home! Electric did go out for a while but that's island living ;) Would definitely stay again!

Our 2nd time back to this lovely home in our favorite spot! Even though the weather may have not cooperated, it was still a wonderful time as always staying in this home and meeting the wonderful people of Eleuthera. Thank you and we hope to return next year :)

The perfect place

A perfect home for exploring the natural beauty and wonder of North Eleuthera. You can snorkel right out the back of the house and see amazing things. the books available at the home are a terrific resource. Comfortable and well stocked.

Pure tranquility

We loved the jump into the water directly at the house, the very lovely sun-deck. The snorkel beach is nice. Expect to cater yourself, but fresh fish isn't of easy access anymore

Our stay was lovely - a perfect location and layout for our family of four (mom, dad and two adult daughters). Everyone we met associated with the home was gracious and welcoming. Snorkeling off the back was the icing on the top!

Spring break 2023

Kathy’s house was wonderful. The rooms were perfect, the view spectacular and communication with both Kathy and her caretaker, Wallace, were top notch. The guys had a chance to snorkel right off the back of the house and saw many great things.

Fantastic location , great property

Beautiful house with stunning sunsets! The house is well equipped for gourmet cooking with every drawer labeled and well appointed. We enjoyed the architecture of the house along with its peacefulness and seclusion. The owner is great to communicate with and the housekeeper is also very responsive. The owner helped set us up with rental car and fishing excursions . Highly recommended!

Great spot.

The place is great. The owner's [Kathy & Erin] are very nice and respond quickly. The view is awesome. We lost power during our visit - the whole island lost power for a day & a half - that was a bit of a bummer & made the first night uncomfortable but the rest of the stay was great. Probably a good idea to have a standby generator in this area.

Million Dollar View

The setting for this lovely home is spectacular, with a stunning view that is serene. Inside, the main room and two of the bedrooms have large windows with views of the turquoise sea. The home has charming decorative touches with the star of the show being the view. The neighborhood is quiet and private and the communication with the property manager was excellent. Would recommend.

Paradise

This was the BEST place my husband and I have ever stayed at. The host Kathy and her husband are the most wonderful people and do everything to make sure your stay is flawless. Having said that, their home is a 10/10. The beauty of the island and the luxury of the home made it the perfect getaway. We will most certainly be back. Thanks again for such great hospitality.

Always a joy!

We have stayed twice now at this place and we love it! The design is just amazing there is something about this wabi sabi type minimalist style that just gives a relaxing feel! No other house on island like this except the one they are building next door! It’s right on the water so you can hear the ocean waves while you sleep! It’s always a great experience! It’s probably my kids’ most favorite!

The house was lovely, modern, and well stocked with beach gear and equipment. The lot is on a beautiful reef with incredible snorkeling right at the house. Kathy was an outstanding host and Wallace was very helpful. I’ll be back for sure. I don’t often leave such amazing reviews. Worth it.

Unplug

This was a beautiful immaculate home situated perfectly for sunsets and drinks after a day exploring this wonderful island. The host and manager couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming with suggestions and recommendations. What a wonderful place to relax and forget the hustle & bustle and enjoy island life! Can not say enough good things about Kathy’s house! The location is amazing-easy drive from the airport and to the ferry for a harbour island or Spanish wells day excursion, and also easy drive south to rainbow bay, leorose, the front porch (best chicken I have ever had) The house is immaculate everything is labeled and she has thought of it all! Spices, Detergent (thankful bc we brought pods and the laundry doesn’t take pods) cooler, floats etc. The hidden beach is a super close walk but we drove (bc of young kids) not even a min down the road. It was perfect and the neighbors we met were all so friendly! We visited jc store and 7/11 easily for groceries (deliveries on Tuesday’s fyi) and big La for alcohol. Pitmans cove was great for conch salad-best we’ve ever had-on Sunday and would also recommend lutra vibes although no view the staff was so friendly! Dwayne’s grill shack was 10/10 but only open on tuesdays. We also enjoyed getting fish from island boys and cooking out at the house. Gaulding bay is a close drive (across from daddy Joes) never super crowded and was easy to access and great shallow water for floating. Wallace was also very friendly and helped us to arrange our car. We lost power 3 times during our 8 night stay, but it was never more than a few hours and never caused a problem for us. We will definitely be back ASAP!

A dream came true

I had an unforgettable experience during my stay in Eleuthera! The location was absolutely perfect—peaceful, private, and just steps away from some of the most stunning beaches I’ve ever seen. The views were breathtaking, with turquoise waters and vibrant sunsets that made every moment feel like a postcard.The property itself was immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. It had everything I needed and more—fully accessorized with all the comforts of home, from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy lounging areas. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it easy to relax and enjoy every minute.If you're looking for a serene escape with all the right touches, this is the place. I can’t wait to return!
