Welcome to your home away from home! This newly renovated, garden-level 1-bedroom apartment suite offers the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. Whether you’re staying for a short visit or an extended trip, you’ll have everything you need to relax and enjoy the Greater Boston area.
The space
Bedroom: Features a comfortable queen-size bed and a twin trundle bed, plus a mini-split A/C for climate control. Enjoy entertainment on a 43” HDTV.
Entrance Area: Includes a dedicated workspace and reliable Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work.
Kitchenette: Fully equipped to prepare quick meals, with a dining table for 4
Bathroom: Clean and modern with a shower, stocked essentials, plus washer and dryer in-unit
Private Patio: Outdoor seating, grill, and access to the backyard
Private Entry: Come and go as you please

Good to Know
The suite is the basement unit, located beneath the living room of our home. While soundproofed, you may occasionally hear normal household sounds. We do our best to keep mornings as quiet as possible while family members head to work and school. The ceiling is slightly lower than standard, which contributes to the cozy and intimate atmosphere of the space.
Guest access
You will have full access to the following during your stay:
• Washer and Dryer
• Backyard
• BBQ Grill, Firepit & Hammock
• Kids’ Outdoor Toys
We want you to feel at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer!
Other things to note
• Please help us keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay.
• It would be greatly appreciated if you could take out the trash before checkout and place any used dishes in the dishwasher.
• Kindly do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
• If you use the BBQ or firepit, please make sure it is completely turned off or extinguished when you’re finished.
• Please turn off all outdoor lights when you’re done using them at night to conserve energy and be considerate to neighbors.
