Welcome to 30A Beach Getaway, a newly constructed luxury home completed in May 2024, ideally located in the heart of Dune Allen Beach along Scenic Highway 30A. Designed for guests seeking modern coastal elegance, spacious accommodations, and unbeatable proximity to the beach, this stunning home offers panoramic Gulf views, upscale amenities, and room for families or groups to vacation together comfortably.

Situated directly across the street from the Dune Allen Regional Beach Access, guests enjoy a short 2–4 minute walk to the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico—with no long boardwalks or shuttle rides required.

Home Features & Layout

This custom-built home was thoughtfully designed to maximize Gulf views from nearly every level. Two expansive covered patios overlook the water, providing the perfect setting for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or relaxing after a day at the beach.

The main home features five spacious bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, plus a private carriage house offering additional living space and privacy—ideal for extended family or couples traveling together.

This property provided the perfect setting for a 5-day family birthday gathering of 14 people. With a king-sized bed & private bath in all the non-bunk rooms, everybody felt like they had the main bedroom! Throw in an amazing space on the 3rd floor for meals & lounging, plus multiple level views of the ocean and a short walk to the free beach access and this house left us wanting for nothing. We had a couple of minor questions come up during our stay and the company was very responsive & helpful. Would highly recommend and, when the opportunity comes up, will definitely look to rent this property again.

The house was lovely, well equipped. Across the street from Beach access. Kids loved the swimming pool. Would love to com back again sometime.

The house is steps away from the public beach access and a short walk to Stinkys (highly recommend their coffee and breakfast sandwiches!) Our favorite thing about the house would have to be all the outdoor seating on the balconies. Lastly, when we arrived at the house, Clint from the property management team, was doing a walk through to make sure everything at the house was ready. He was so friendly and gave us some wonderful recommendations for our stay. We plan to come back again next year!

This house was a great place for our annual family vacation. The common areas were perfect for the 10 of us, and each family had its own bedroom and bathroom. The location was excellent, with just a short two-minute walk to the beach.The only issue we had was with the hot tub not working properly. Whenever it was turned on, it would also heat the pool, so there was obviously a valve issue. When I texted the management company, they tried to fix it remotely. I warned them that this didn’t seem like a good idea since no one would be there to verify that the hot water wasn’t being diverted to the pool. Heating the pool to 100 degrees was definitely not what I wanted!They went ahead with the remote fix anyway, and when it didn’t work, their response was, “Sorry, that’s what we usually do to fix it.” They then sent a maintenance person who claimed to have fixed the problem, but the hot tub still didn’t work properly. Finally, on the third visit, someone arrived who knew what they were doing and fixed it correctly, allowing us to use the hot tub once before our trip was over. :-(Overall, we had a great stay, but the hot tub issue should have been handled correctly from the start. Given the inconvenience, I also think a partial discount would have been appropriate. Despite that, I would rent this house again. I just hope the management company improves how it handles maintenance issues in the future.

We appreciate your honest feedback regarding the hot tub and completely understand your frustration. As soon as you reported the issue, we scheduled an appointment with our pool technician, knowing it typically takes a few days to get a specialist on-site. In the meantime, our maintenance staff followed the step-by-step troubleshooting protocols provided by our certified pool installers and repair technicians. When our maintenance team member followed up the next day, he was actively on the phone with the pool technician, walking through every step together in hopes of resolving the issue early. Ultimately, it required the specialized technician, who resolved the problem upon his scheduled appointment. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this caused during your stay, but we were working to get it resolved as quickly as possible. We would absolutely love to host you again in the future and would be happy to discuss a discount toward your next stay for the hot tub trouble. Thank you again for your patience and for helping us refine our process!
