*Important Information for Our Guests*
- Due to maintenance - roof top will be in renovated for all the month of June, so all area will not be accesible.
- No kids allowed
- There is parking assigned on ground floor - After 10pm to 7 am you need to ask the reception to open manually the door for you. After this schedule, you can use the remote control
- Please be advised that at times during business hours there maybe some construction sounds heard in the building coming from around constructions, nothing besides the condo.
We want to provide you with the best possible experience during your stay, and we sincerely appreciate your attention to a few important details:
We kindly ask you to take special care when using the property's linens and towels, avoiding contact with makeup, hair dye, sunscreen, or other substances that may cause difficult-to-remove stains. This helps us keep everything in excellent condition for you and for future guests. If any irreversible stains are found, additional charges may apply after your stay.
- If you notice any damage or issues in the unit during your stay, we would greatly appreciate it if you report them as soon as possible. This allows us to address them promptly and ensure your experience is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
