Inside, the open living layout creates a natural flow for gathering and downtime. The living area features a comfortable sofa positioned to take in the Gulf, making it easy to enjoy morning coffee or evening conversations with a view. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, and a custom built-in wine cooler. The island provides seating for four, while the dining area offers additional seating for six, perfect for shared meals after a day by the water. A washer and dryer are also available for added convenience during your stay.

One of the standout features is the expansive 42-foot covered porch. It offers plenty of space to unwind, dine, or simply take in the Gulf breeze. Whether you're starting your day with sunrise views or winding down in the evening, this outdoor space becomes a natural extension of the home.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
