We did try a different room this year and loved the king size bed! The condo was very modern and up to date. The shower was wonderful! I got very sick this year, the night we arrived and ended up going to American Care in Niceville( highest ratings) and received great care. Camille’s right down the road is our absolute favorite and we were able to make it there for dinner and it was fabulous! Would highly recommend The Capri during December ! It’s quaint, quiet and perfect !

Re: excellent location and value

No waiting on an elevator or lugging groceries upstairs. Loved parking right by the door and the ease of running from the beach to our place. White sand, emerald water, all the restaurants and shopping within a few miles, and gated for privacy. Beach chairs, towels, good water pressure, comfortable bed, and a reasonable price. We would recommend this property!

Less people on beach due to not being a high rise. Convenient chair service (5:00 p too early to take up). Only drawback was not being able to see beach as pictured due to cars. Also, laundry trash stinks and could not sit outside without smelling.

Visit to Capri

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the wonderful beach and the access to the umbrellas and chairs every day. The managers were good to keep these available only to the people staying at the Capri! In past years, we had some unpleasant experiences with the chairs being used by people not staying at the Capri.The room was ok. Nothing special ok. The tv was a bit complicated to easily get the channels wanted, but we got by. A couple of lamps were broken, but we made them work. The main gate on our side was left open for most of our stay! This was a little disturbing in that being gated is one reasons we have chosen to stay at the Capri over the years. The people working in the office were very nice and helpful at all times.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Capri 121 was wonderful! The easy access to the beach made our stay very enjoyable. Traveling with a child it was great to have daily beach service provided and have the flexibility to return to our unit for a break or to eat and then be able to return to the beach whenever we wanted to our same spot. We were able to leave our towels and beach toys at the beach so we didn't have to carry them back and forth all day. The outside showers were great for rinsing off and the gate made me feel safe. The area was quiet. We had groceries delivered and the unit had everything we needed to cook our meals for the week. The shower was GREAT! The only thing I found myself needing several times during the week was a pair of scissors. One suggestion I have is to upgrade the bed. The mattress, pillows and sheets were pretty worn. Otherwise everything was absolutely wonderful! Communication was good! We are looking forward to a future trip at the Capri!

Will stay again!

We really enjoyed this property, it was in a very populated area but very private and quaint. Relaxing and just a few shorts steps to the beach, plus the unit was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again :)
