Fra det vigtigste opholdsrum har du utrolige udsigt over bugten og en rummelig, men intim balkon. Great condo and vacation!

This condo was excellent! Great communication with the renters and easy to check-in. Super clean and looks just like the pictures. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. Location was great and loved being on the 3rd floor because of the easy access from the parking garage. Would for sure stay here again!

March 2017 Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The condo was very nice and the pictures and description that was advertised was accurate. We have been telling friends and family about this location and look forward to coming back again. It was beautiful and had most everything we needed right there at the condo! The direct view of the beach, sunrises and sunsets is awesome and the location of the Tops'l Resort is so convenient to everything. September 2018 Stay

Well appointed beachfront ( not just beach view!) condo . We also liked the 3rd floor level...high enough to be above the dunes for a great beach/ocean view..and on the same level we parked (made unloading /loading car easier with no long elevator rides). Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo

Condo was very nice and in great location. Do not recommend Destin in July. It was extremely hot and humid. Restaurants were near to impossible to get in but it was nice to hang out at condo and watch sunsets

The grounds are very nice with a lot of great amenities to include 2 pools, fitness center, and importantly close parking. The beach was beautiful and the surrounding area had great restaurants. We loved The Surf Hut and Bayou Bills. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a great stay!

July 2018 Stay

We had a wonderful time in 310! The place was so clean and hard a beautiful view! The only recommendation I have, please remove the incense oil that sits in the living room. It is so strong that it gave us a headaches. I had to wrap it in 3 plastic bags and put it on the balcony so we couldn't smell it. Other than the oil, the condo is great!

This condo is super nice, directly on the beachfront. 3rd floor level allows you to park on same level in parking deck so no stairs/elevators needed when unpacking/packing your stuff. Some units in this building are more on the side of the building with some limits to your beach views...but not this one . You have beachfront views out of both the living room and master bedroom. I WILL stay at this condo again!

As advertised and in a perfect location!

When you open the front door, you immediately see the emerald waters and light surf through the balcony glass doors. The beach is a very short walk and you can park in the covered garage that is located on the same floor as the condo. Very convenient and easy to get your bags and groceries to the condo. The condo is located perfectly between Destin and 35A. Excellent spot for venturing out. We stay in lots of VRBO rentals. You cannot go wrong with this rental IMO. If we were to go back to that area, we would rent it again. Thanks!

Beautiful surroundings

It was far enough away from the really busy tourist areas, but a 15-30 min drive from those areas if you want that area too. Condo was very nice. We had to get used to the beds, they are like laying on hard foam, not much give, but we adjusted. I would recommend a night light for the bathrooms so you don't have to turn on the big bright lights in the night or early morning. We would rent in this complex again, peaceful and the pictures were very accurate. We have already told several friends and family and they are wanting to go to!

Tops'l Beach Manor 0310 Review - July 2018

The condo was very nice, beds slept great, everything was clean and the condo included everything you need for a week long vacation. The management company (Gibson Beach Rentals, Inc.) was very profession and informative. The access, check-in and check-out was very simple. The property was very nice and clean, just a short walk to the beach, pool and restaurant. The property also includes other activities like an exercise room, put-put golf, basketball and tennis. We had a great view of the ocean and beach from the patio, and the firework show on the beach on Friday. The location of the property was good as well, just a couple minute drive to groceries, restaurants, golf, and shopping. Even had pizza delivered to our door one night from Fat Daddy's Pizza, good stuff! Had a great vacation, will definitely be back!

It’s maintained extremely well and has everything you need to have a great stay. Beds were comfy and there is plenty of seating in the living room and dining room. Kitchen was perfect. We cooked in several nights and had everything we needed. The resort is first class as everything was kept very clean and manicured. We literally had the best time and were beyond pleased with our unit and the resort. Very impressive! we would rent this unit again without hesitation. My only suggestion, and this doesn’t reflect poorly on the unit at all is the beach service. Just skip it and use your own chairs.

Parking on the other hand is not what it was and is problematic for us (height restricted to 6'5") and I know I am in the minority on this issue, but if you were wondering why we won't be returning, sadly the (1) thing completely out of your control will be what it is.........our vehicle is 80+/- inches tall, no provisions as in the past for oversized vehicles is available......again not your fault, but in our case it cost us $1,400.00 extra for rented transportation that fell within the restrictions, so, great place, would love to return as we have this year, sadly we won't be......
