Thank you! We’re so glad you and your father enjoyed the views and convenient location. It means a lot that he is already planning to stay with us again on his next trip to Chicago. We really appreciate the recommendation and look forward to welcoming him back!

Being in the heart of Chicago, with the Red Line right on the corner and so many attractions within walking distance, really makes it easy to experience the city without needing a car. And we agree — the views are a huge part of what makes the stay special, both during the day and when the city lights up at night. We work hard to provide a true Penthouse experience, and we’d be very happy to host you again anytime.

Thank you! We’re glad you enjoyed both the views and the location—those are two of our favorite highlights as well. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to welcome you back again soon.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so glad you enjoyed our convenient River North location. With a Walk Score of 100, guests can easily explore Chicago's outstanding restaurants, shopping, and attractions on foot. We're also happy you found the views spectacular and appreciated the amenities and our hospitality. And yes, having Jewel-Osco conveniently located right in our building makes it easy to pick up groceries or anything else you might need during your stay. We also appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the seating. Guest feedback is invaluable, and we'll certainly take your comments into consideration as we continue updating and improving our penthouses. As for the balcony, that particular residence is one of the few in the building without one due to the original architectural design, but we're happy you were still able to enjoy the incredible skyline views. Thank you again for choosing The Penthouses at Grand Plaza. We're especially grateful to hear you'd stay with us again, and with 11 unique penthouse residences in the building, we'd love to welcome you back on your next visit to Chicago!

Thanks for your visit. Hope to see you back soon!

Thank you for the 10/10! We’re thrilled you found the place great, the location convenient, and check-in/communication easy. Those view shots you shared are stunning—and the pool photos capture why guests love the building amenities, especially in summer. Being in River North with a Walk Score of 100 and the Red Line (Grand) on the corner) makes everything a breeze. We strive to deliver a true Penthouse experience and would love to host you again.

much for the fantastic review! We’re thrilled to hear the apartment felt clean, well-appointed, and worthy of those “amazing views” — they really are something special from up here.
