Wonderful Experience

Property was beautiful and centrally located within walking distance to the Baytown Wharf area. Shuttles to the beach were a breeze and the views were lovely. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There were issues with our original property prior to our arrival date, but it was quickly fixed and we were put in a new property. It was modern and well maintained. We had a very nice trip.

Great Venue!

We loved our long weekend at SanDestin! The Condo was fantastic and exceeded everything we expected! We spent Saturday watching Football and it was a fantastic place to accommodate our friends and family! We are already talking about both our golf trip in April and our November weekend next year!

Great Location

It’s walking distance to many popular stores, restaurants and music venues. It’s the perfect location if you want to enjoy the amenities of Baytowne. The condo felt secluded even though you’re close to everything. It was great for our group. 4 couples celebrating a birthday. The views from the balcony are stunning.

Amazing Getaway

Ladies from our Mardi Gras Krewe stayed 3 nights in a large 4 bed/6 bath unit in the Grand neighborhood/Lasada Bldg. It was pure luxury! The property was amazing as well. I would highly recommend. We plan on rebooking soon.

Perfect location for a large party

Convenient walk to village restuarants and amenities! View the fireworks for the comfort of the balcony! Each bedroom has a master size bathroom AND the Sandestin Resort provides fresh towels and trash removal EVERY DAY (nice surprise for us)! Perfect location for 4 couples to have private space as well as a nice dinner/den area for everyone to enjoy!

The condo was as described in the listing. Large rooms, nicely decorated, light filled, nice views, nicely stocked kitchen (always can use a few more things, but overall nicely stocked). Excellent choice for larger groups, especially with 6 full baths! Generally, nothing negative to say and would certainly recommend this condo

Great location and amenities, but the AC didn’t work.

The place itself is wonderful. Great views of the bay, steps away from the pool and the Baytown wharf. Catching a tram to the beach was a breeze. Our issue was the temperature inside the unit. One half of the unit cooled appropriately and the other side was unbearable. The baby monitor was reading the temp on that side of the unit at 77 degrees! I called the helpline and left messages on VRBO. No one came out while we were present (it’s possible they came while we were out at the pool or beach) but the problem was never fixed, nor did the company follow up to see that it was resolved.

Family vacation

As you walk in the front door of the place the view is stunning. Very good use of space. 3 bedrooms with king size beds. And one room with 2 doubles.. All rooms have an on suite. 2 extra bathrooms with shower. The carpet could use a good cleaning ,also the furniture . Several pieces of furniture on the balcony were broken . The refrigerator at the wet bar made a loud noise so we had to turn it off. Otherwise a great location, beautiful view of the bay and boats. Very convenient to all the amenities of Baytown, A most enjoyable stay,

disappointed on arrival

Great place and location. We have always enjoyed Lasata in the past. Disappointed on arrival with poor condition and broken patio furniture. Three loungers and chairs where totally unusable. The wet bar refrigerator/ice maker was make a very loud an horrible noise. An upstairs lamp was broken. Was not expecting to call with repair issues on a penthouse as costly as this.
