Juanita, thank you so much for your kind review! It was truly a pleasure hosting you. I’m so glad you found the condo clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable — especially the bed! Thank you as well for your kind words about communication. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed your trip overall. I’m sorry the bedroom TV wasn’t working as expected. As soon as you reached out, I responded with troubleshooting instructions and followed up with two phone calls the next day to make sure the issue was resolved, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to reach you. I also wish I had known during your stay that you felt there weren’t enough towels, silverware, or that the cleanliness wasn’t meeting your expectations, as I would have happily had additional items delivered and addressed any housekeeping concerns right away. Guest satisfaction is very important to us, and we always encourage guests to let us know about any issues during their stay so we can make things right. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Roberta! We’re so glad you enjoyed the beach, the amenities, and those beautiful balcony views. We also appreciate your patience on your arrival evening. The association had recently installed new locks, and we were still finalizing the updated entry codes, so I’m grateful we were able to get everything sorted out quickly for you. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back for another relaxing stay in the future!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very glad to hear that you enjoyed the condo, its amenities, and the view overlooking the pond/Gulf. We also truly appreciate your understanding regarding the remodeling noise. The resort schedules larger maintenance and renovation projects during the off-season, as this is the only time they are able to complete necessary property improvements while minimizing disruption during peak travel periods. While this work is important for maintaining and improving the overall experience for future guests, we certainly understand how the timing could be inconvenient. Thank you again for your open communication and for choosing to stay with us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even more peaceful stay in the future. Best Regards, Charlotte and Rob
