Ocean Front Brand New Villa med privat adgang til stranden og en privat pool !! Ca. 4000 Sf. Master soveværelse med eget badeværelse og King Size seng. Yderligere Værelserne har et soveværelse med en king size seng og to andre soveværelser med køjeseng Twin på toppen og fuld på bunden med trille Twin Bed. Fladskærms-tv i alle værelser, herunder stue med parabol netværk. Rooftop Udekøkken med privat pool, terrasse og udendørs badeværelse!

Great stay!

Wonderful time at the Villa right on the beach. The rooms worked perfect for the 8 of us. The rooftop pool and eating area and outside grill made the time we spent there so easy and relaxing.

Amazing stay right on the beach

Location location location! The house is right on the beach so you couldn't ask for a better spot. We were a group of two families with little children and had more than enough space for all of us. The pool and deck was amazing to hang out at. The house itself is a bit older but is well maintained. We had great communication with our host and Emma was able to help with any issue that we faced. Great hosts. Would highly recommend this vrbo.

Villa Reina

This is a perfect property if you are looking for a relaxing time in Puerto Rico. It has beach access, a pool and a great outside area to just relax. We made several trips to Ralph's market and spent our days just hanging out on the beach and pool. We made all of our meals on the wonderful outdoor kitchen space. Would highly recommend if that's the vacation you are looking for!

Stunning!!

This was our first family vacation with our children all being adults. We had seven total and had plenty of room. The rooftop terrace was my favorite place to be. The views were stunning. Property managers were very responsive and addressed any concerns within 24 hours. The photos do not do the property justice. There are only two indoor bathrooms, and two places outside to shower.

Sublime!

The best Christmas present ever! I could not have found a better place for our families to relax and enjoy. The house was beyond our expectations and the Cestero family could not have presented a cleaner or better stocked home. The upstairs outdoor kitchen, pool, lounging area captured us and would not let go. We just all absolutely loved!!! Thank you so much for sharing your fabulous home.

Great place - needs updating

This is a great place on a great, almost private beach. But in the last 5 years ( we stayed in 2019 too) it could use some updating and cleaning. The rust has started to show through in many spots and the wall materials is flaking / falling off in many areas. The bathrooms were not cleaned when we arrived. The basic amenities were not stocked ( toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags etc ). Overall I would highly recommend the house, it just could be so much better with a little attention to details.

Graduation gift

We took our daughter and her two friends for their graduation. This was a special trip for them. The house is beautiful. Lots of privacy, and we really enjoyed the pool and the view from the pool. Everything we needed was there. We fell in love with Puerto Rico. We're planning another trip back.

The house was nice but we couldn’t get in until sitting in the driveway for an hour and had to make about 10 calls and text to get a hold of someone. It also would have been nice to have more trash bags on hand and paper towels things like that-

Great Family Getaway.

Great spot for an adults only family vacation. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a convenient grocery for the well stocked kitchen. Everything we needed was here.

10/10 Have already booked again!

Our group is seasoned at VRBO rentals and this property is great! Emma was very responsive and we had everything we needed as far as towels, kitchenware, bedding, etc. This house is literal steps from the beach and the outdoor space is phenomenal. We had two families of four in the house and we had enough room for all. The only downside is that there aren’t two en suite masters, but we made it work. The location, cleanliness and value made up for it. Highly recommend.

Paradise!!!!

We loved it here. Perfect for my husband, grown children and spouses, and 4 grandchildren. Everyday was an adventure. We loved the rooftop with outdoor kitchen, pool. Cook outs on rooftop kitchen looking over the ocan. Thank you Emma. A great host

Great family getaway

The property was beautiful! Sleeping with the waves crashing on the shore was soothing. The pool and gazebo was the crown jewel, we spent most of our time there. Quiet neighborhood, felt safe there. There were 10 of us, 7 adults and 2 grandkids. We never felt like we were bumping into racism, plenty of space. I live to cook the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and kitchen appliances. No dishwasher though, not a big deal. Nice grill up by the gazebo. Can't wait to go back.

Top Notch Host

Our group consisted of two families (4 adults and 5 kids who range in age from 9-15). We ended up only staying 1 night in the listed property due to a power outage on the island. Villa Reina is right on the beach and spacious. Has a great rooftop area with grill and mini fridge. When we lost power the day after our arrival there was an issue with the generator at our property. We notified Emma that we didn’t have power and within a couple hours we were moved into his family’s personal vacation home just up the road for the duration of our stay. Emma was very responsive with any questions or issues that we had and did everything to ensure we had an incredible stay. Would absolutely stay in one of their properties again.

Our Favorite Retreat in Puerto Rico

This is our second year spending Christmas at Villa Reina, and it has been amazing once again. The villa’s proximity to the beach, breathtaking views, private pool, comfortable beds and the soothing sound of the ocean make it truly spectacular. If you’re seeking a secluded beach in a peaceful, off-the-beaten-path location in Puerto Rico, this is the perfect spot. Emma is an excellent host and always quick to respond.

Family beach vacation

The house was amazing. There was only 5 of us, but plenty of room for more people. The outdoor space was amazing with the pool, porch and pavilion. The beach and ocean were also beautiful and a few steps away from the property.

Great home!

This house was perfect for our two families. Emma communicated well and responded quickly when messaged. Nice pool, great rooftop entertaining area with beautiful views. Plenty of restaurants and Ralph’s grocery store is about a 15 minute drive. I will definitely stay here again!

Spectacular House and Location

We decided to spend the Christmas holiday with the family at Villa Reina and this probably qualifies as one of out top places where we have ever stayed. The house was absolutely spectacular with a great view of the ocean, great pool to hang out in (with a view of the ocean), great gazebo on rooftop where we all spent most of our time. The house had the best access to the beach with private access, and in immediate proximity to shaded part of the beach. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and host was extremely responsive and great to work with. We will definitely be staying here again.

A great place for multi-generation families

My wife and I took our 3 children, 1 girlfriend and 6 year old granddaughter her in February, 2023. All of us had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and comfortable and the rooftop pool and patio was a favorite place to congregate. The house easily accommodated all of us and there were activities that suited all ages. The beach is accessible through a gate in the front yard. There are plenty of good local places to eat within a 10 minute drive. Emma was super responsive throughout the process. It is our dream to return in the future.

Great beach home

This is a beautiful home on the beach. Lovely sunrises from the top patio. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for the family. There is a nice area surrounded by rocks just down the beach that is good for swimming. We enjoyed picking sea glass on the beach in the mornings.
