EJENDOMSOPDATERING - 18. APRIL, 2016 - De to køjesenge og den dobbelte seng i det fjerde soveværelse blev udskiftet med to nye køjesenge - NY MØBLER, NYE MATRESSER OG NY BEDDING

Bo i en storslået villa ved stranden kun 20 skridt fra det betagende Caribiske Hav. Huset ligger i Villa Palmira, et privat, lukket samfund på stranden beliggende mellem Punta Santiago naturreservat mod syd og miles af strand mod nord.

Med over 4.000 kvadratmeter boligareal er dette det største, mest rummelige hjem i det gatede samfund Villa Palmira. Det er også et af husene tættest på stranden. Nyd udsigten til stranden og havet fra verandaen, stuen foran, baghaven og den rummelige anden sal terrasse. Få hjem i samfundet har udsigt over stranden og havet. Det to etagers middelhavs hjem er fuldt møbleret og aircondition, har fire soveværelser og 3 ½ bade. Soveværelserne sover 10 personer komfortabelt på fire queensize-senge og en king-size seng. En bærbar krybbe, høj stol og to luftmadrasser i fuld størrelse er også tilgængelige. En frodig og levende anlagt baghave venter dig med en privat pool, udendørs bruser, spiseplads til seks under lysthuset, et terrassebord til fire og gasgrill. Køkken og spiseplads blev lavet til underholdning. Det åbne layout har plads til 10 personer komfortabelt mellem spisebordet og morgenmadsbordet med masser af plads til mere. Huset har flere siddepladser overalt: to stuer på første sal og to siddepladser ovenpå. En rummelig terrasse på 2. sal med udsigt over stranden og havet, perfekt til at se solopgangen med en kop kaffe eller se solnedgangen med et glas vin. Indkvartering inkluderer fladskærms-tv, kabel-tv, vaskemaskine / tørretumbler og Wi-Fi i hele huset.

This home is exactly what our party was looking for to enjoy our week in Puerto Rico!! The home itself is just as described. We enjoyed being steps from the water to enjoy beautiful sunrises and beachcombing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. We spent hours enjoying the pool. The location is great- just a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants and daily excursions. The host was amazing at quickly replying to any questions we had durimg our stay. He also provided wonderful information of places to eat and things to do before our stay.

Our host Arturo was above and beyond the most welcoming and helpful host of all the VRBO's we've stayed at over the years. He was so helpful and kind and the house was AMAZING. The location is everything it says it is. It was quiet, beautiful, immaculately clean, and steps away from the beach. We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo in Puerto Rico. The home was very comfortable, spacious, and easily accommodated our group of 13 without ever feeling crowded. Being right by the beach was a huge plus and made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The neighborhood is gated and felt very safe, which gave us great peace of mind throughout the trip. The owner was also excellent—very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for large groups looking for a beachfront getaway.

The house was very well stocked, very clean, spacious for me and my family, and a reasonable drive to a lot of locations. I love the design of the house and the pool was a great feature. Traveling with toddlers and infants can be weary, but this house made the stay stress free. Arturo is a fantastic host, made sure that we were set with everything, great communication time, if anything happened he addressed it immediately. I've never had a host as attentive and accomodating as Arturo! I would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Puerto Rico.

Our family had a wonderful time staying here for our vacation. The pool was a hit with my grandchildren and we had the beach to ourselves most of the time. Arturo's home is spacious and lovely. We loved it here. This home was fantastic. As others have said, it's even better in person. The thoughtful amenities like sunscreen and spices, plenty of soap and cleaning materials, and beautiful and abundant kitchenware and appliances, made us easily comfortable.

We were 8 of us and the home had everything that we wanted. It was spacious well maintained and stocked. Plenty of everything one would need. The pool and backyard area was fantastic. We walked to the beach and enjoyed the hikes along the coast and into the adjoining nature preserve. Great relaxing vacation enjoyed by each and everyone one of us. Thanks to our host who was very responsive and had provided great suggestions for dining and things to do nearby.

The home itself is beautiful, spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed a wonderful family vacation. However, several important aspects of the listing did not match our experience.We chose this property in part because it accommodated our group of 14, had four bathrooms, a pool, and was advertised as being located on the beach. The listing we booked showed 4 bathrooms, with the detailed bathroom section indicating bathing facilities in all four. We arrived to find three full bathrooms with showers and a half bathroom by the pool with no shower. The listing information was later changed. We provided our original screenshots to VRBO for review.The property is advertised as being approximately 20 feet from the beach, with onsite kayaking/canoeing and water-sports activities. Unfortunately, the nearby beach was not usable during our stay. We were told its condition was related to algae or deterioration, but this was not disclosed in the listing. We ultimately drove about 30 minutes to find a usable beach. Had we known this beforehand, we may have chosen another area.We also found a dried contact lens on a nightstand. The host explained that the previous guests had checked out that morning and the cleaning crew did not have enough time to properly prepare everything before our arrival.The house and pool themselves were lovely, but future guests should confirm the current bathroom configuration, guest capacity, and beach condition before booking.

We are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly since you also shared that our home was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable and that your family enjoyed a wonderful vacation. We have hosted guests for more than 20 years, and our many reviews provide a clear and consistent reflection of the experiences guests have enjoyed at our property. For clarification, our listing does not state that kayaking, canoeing, or water sports are available within the community or directly at the property. These activities are described as being available at an adjacent nature reserve within walking distance. We encourage guests to carefully review listing details and ask questions before booking when a particular amenity is important. Beach conditions can change due to weather, tides, seaweed, algae, erosion, and other natural factors beyond any property owner’s control. The home has three full bathrooms and one half bathroom near the pool. We regret that a small item from a previous guest was inadvertently overlooked during cleaning. Some concerns expressed appear to result from a misunderstanding of the listing rather than a misrepresentation of the property. We are always happy to clarify details before booking. The villa was a huge hit for our multi-generational family getaway. The kids especially loved the pool which kept them occupied while we enjoyed visiting on the beautifully appointed patio. The beach, steps from our front door, was spectacular. Great for swimming, lingering, or swinging on the bench swing. It was a short walk down the beach to the beautiful Humacao Nature Reserve. The House is extremely well appointed. The kitchen has everything you might need. Beds are very comfortable, showers work well, etc. The roof deck is a spectacular place to dine at the end of the day, enjoying the sunset.Punta Santiago is close to everything and yet very peaceful and pristine. We visited Old San Juan, Luquillo Beach, El Yunque, and many other beautiful places from our wonderful home base. Arturo is a fabulous host and extremely responsive. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home close to the water

The property is spacious, well stocked with wonderful views of the water. Plenty of gathering spaces inside and out. Our group of eight women were very comfortable here and especially enjoyed the outdoor pool area.

Great stay

We had a great stay at the Caribbean Oasis. The home was as described and Arturo was very responsive. House kept very cool. Access to the grill was nice, especially in the absence of an oven. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach was also lovely.

Returning Mission Team

This is our 2nd time renting this house to help with our Mission Team. We had 62 people and rented several homes in the neighborhood. Arturo is always super helpful and kind. He checked in during the week and we had everything we needed. Check in was easy and the house was perfect!

Perfect short getaway

The property is just as advertised. It’s really clean, with nice kitchen, pool and outside grill. Beach is at a 2-minute walking distance and it’s worth going too. I’d stay again without hesitation.

Great family time.

Your home was very lovely and clean, close to the beach, great pool and patio area, beautiful artwork, short walking distance to the trails at the nearby nature preserve, nice views from the second floor terrace and close to restaurants and grocery stores. We had a great time!
