Tilbage og forbedret efter orkanen i 2017! Vores rummelige, fuldt udstyret havnefronten strand hus i Humacao byder dig velkommen til Caribien med tilgængelighed og sikkerhed af den amerikanske territorium Puerto Rico. Nyd en unik oplevelse bor lige på en sandstrand, hvor den blide lyd af bølger lulls dig til at sove og vil også hilse på dig om morgenen som solen står op over havet. Du vil elske den store balkon (12 x 50 ft.) Med udsigt over havet til morgenmad, middag og se den klare nattehimmel over vandet. Når du er klar til aktivitet, tage kajakker til den nærliggende ø, besøg vandland lige ved stranden eller byen poolen. Huset har aircondition i alle værelser og ligger i en stille 2-mile sandstrand, men du vil være 10 minutter til golf i verdensklasse, casino, restauranter; 20 min. fra Fajardo til dag-sejling til andre øer, eller tage en kajak tur på Phosphorescent Bay. 15 min. at surfe strand El Cocal. 10 minutter til Humacao Nature Preserve.

Beautiful Private Beach

We enjoyed staying at the property with direct beach access, stunning views! Kayaked to Monkey island. Explored local food and places! Went to Vieques Island and El Yunque forest. Went to ToreVedre! Great place for privacy and tranquility

Great location

We highly enjoyed the on the beach location and all of the activity equipment from the kayaks, snorkling gear, and other beach stuff.The property was clean and the maintenance appeared to be consistent when compared to the neighborhood properties. It is not a tourist town or area which is what we were looking for.

Great family vacation spot

Amazing views! Loved watching the pelicans dive for fish. Very nice beach, great for beach walks and swimming. Loved the house and especially the fact that my one year old grandson could safely toddle around the porch. We had a wonderful time. Enjoyed the neighborhood. House has all conveniences needed and was very clean.

You will not regret staying here!

We stayed in this wonderful place for two weeks, and it was not long enough! The beach is wonderful, and shallow for a long ways which made it perfect for kids. The house is stunning with plenty of room! Located near the rainforest, and a few other fun outings! This is a must stay for anyone!!

Nice getaway

It was a pretty comfortable place. Had pretty much what we needed. A few little details that could have been better, like the refrigerator was not cooling enough, there were button missing on the stove. Just one TV in the whole house, was a little inconvenience because just a few were able to watch they want.

Amazing home

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The beds were comfortable. The home was clean. We had everything we needed. Loved the location to the beach, town, and places we were visiting. It is a wonderful place to spend time enjoying Puerto Rico.

Fabulous location

The host was very nice. There were a lot of items available to enjoy in the ocean or on land. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the kitchen was poorly stocked in terms of staples, and china.. There were only 2 tiny wine glasses. Also the house is still not what one would consider in top notch condition,.However the beach was truly wonderful and other attractions such as the rain forest and a nature center were within a easy drive.

Awesome location!

We LOVED the location right on the beach. However, there were many little things that made our stay less than perfect. First, there were no instructions on how to work the master bath shower; feather pillows on all beds were flat and made me sneeze all night; one bed was broken and held up by a cinder block; the single square fan had a broken blade; light bulbs were burnt out; a window pane randomly shattered one morning; but most irksome was when the power went out and we tried to reach the owner to ask about a generator or candles or any alternative light source- owners were very slow to respond, no generator (on an island!!), no candles, and the single flashlight they said we could use had dead batteries. Other than these things, the beds were comfortable, the view was unbeatable, the ocean breeze was amazing, and the location relative to activities and other beaches was just right.

A little taste of heaven.

This was a little taste of heaven. The doors open onto the veranda and provide a nice sea breeze for the grand open main room. Our little granddaughter, who was just a year and a few months old, was able to toddle out on the nice veranda by herself safely because the balcony is done so nicely. We were there for several days. The first night, the air conditioner did not work in one of the bedrooms, and the owners were very responsive to working that out for us by the next day. The only issue is that most nights we stayed, the back bedrooms had noise up until about 1 am from a party or a bar, but we never did figure out which. We used earplugs. That is not under the landlord's control, but it did lessen the experience. Overall, we loved the place. And it was well worth the price.

Family Vacation with Kayaks

Communication with the host was excellent, and he worked to solve our issues quickly, That said, we did walk into the aftermath of a break-in which just meant broken glass near one window and some dresser drawers pulled out—not a big deal and somewhat common in Puerto Rico. The only thing apparently missing was an XBox. It was solved the next day, and there were no further issues. We used all three kayaks available to get to La Isla de Mono (Monkey Island) which was awesome! It took at least an hour to get there due to paddling directly against the wind. It takes less than half an hour to get back. The waves are small so any amateur could break through the surf. Groceries, kiosks and bars are within walking distance. It’s also within a one hour drive of Ceiba (water tours), Fajardo (bio bay) and San Juan. Would stay here again.

I had a horrible experience. First day AC wasn't working in one of the rooms,everything was dusty and the wall had peeling paint. The same day there was a storm from a near hurricane at the north of the island and water started coming in through the floor on the wall facing the balcony in the master bedroom. The toilet tank in the master bedroom was leaking from the screws at the bottom of the tabk from all the rust. Next day we bought some groceries including meats, milk, eggs, even ice and other items that need it refrigeration. We left for the day and come back to the food still defrosted, ice melting in the freezer, and everything warm in the refrigerator. I immediately send the owner a message. He first gave basic instructions on how to "operate" the refrigerator. I let him know I had touched anyof the settings and that everything was set exactly as he had said it should be. He then send his property manager with a tech that supposedly "fix" the refrigerator and someone to fix the leak in the toilet and the leak of water that was coming in from the floor in the master bedroom. A few hours later things were still warm and defrosted. I let him know again and he said he was going to send his property manager. The PM arrived sometime during the day he said around 6 something pm now 2 days later send picts of the now frozen meat after 2 days. We get back that pm the meat was frozen but everything in the refrigerator was hot and ruined. He did refund 350 and bought a new fridg

Good for our large group

We had two adult couples, two older adults, and one teenager. The size of the beach house worked great for us. I would rate the rental borderline between 3 and 4 stars. The kitchen and supplies were good. The rooms were good to okay. The linens on my daughter's bed were a little musty and we washed them the morning of our second day. The washer and dryer are nice and were used for clothes also. The beach toys/equipment were nice. We used the boogie boards more than the kayaks. The beach was covered in seaweed which was unfortunate but what can you do? The thing about that that I did not like was that a lot of organic material was stirred up in the water so it was dark and not the clear blue water that I had hoped for. I can't fault the rental for this but it is good to know if you are looking into staying here. A few things need a little maintenance, nothing big, some of the windows do not open, door handles are loose, etc. The location worked well for us. We took a trip to Vieques for the bio bay and also road horses while we were over there. The ferry is close and inexpensive. We also did a zipline tour at El Yunque rainforest. The main room gets a little warm even with everything open (no AC) and we are from Texas. The bedrooms cool down and we had no trouble sleeping. We caught baby iguanas from the lot next door. My daughter played with them and we put them back :) I would stay here again.

The Photographer's Got Talent!

Let me first start by saying that the description of the property is accurate. Everything you see listed, is there. Everything you need while at the house, is there. Now, if you're accustomed to staying in resorts (as we are), YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! Let's just say, the photographer that took the pictures for this property earned every dime. The beds were very comfortable, however the bedroom with the bunkbeds smells moldy. The window sill in the back bathroom is filthy, moldy, or both. The patio overlooking the beach is where we spent most of our time. The rails are broken due to corrosion in some spots so be careful when leaning against them. The Beach.....utter disappointment. We woke up with plans for a morning walk and were again reminded "this ain't no resort". The trash and garbage to the right of the property is disgusting. The opposite direction isn't bad;but not every owner takes care of their property. The house sits at the end of the block and people were driving back there to access the beach. Not Cool. The neighborhood - well let's say it might not be a good idea to walk around after dark. There are small neighborhood restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Good food, nice people. You will want to brush up on your Spanish to make ordering easier. Overall, my family had a good time as we always do. The property didn't affect that. It just wasn't what we're used to, and based on the photos, expecting more...shall I say, polish.

lovely quiet place, a piece of paradise

The house was clean, location as described. We loved the view and the house was well maintained. Would love to come back again and use more of the amenities. An upgrade of fans in the great room would be helpful since there is no air in that area. (The mattresses in the bunk room need updating- something I was told after our stay by my adult kids.) Staff that arrived to clean on our way out were so pleasant and kind. Owner responded to a text right away.

Great spot, so relaxing

We had a great time, lots of napping and reading and boardgames, house has everything you could need and beautifully located, although the beach had a lot of stuff washed up on it since we were just weeks post the hurricane. We had a hiccup on checking in, but everything else was stellar. Would absolutely come back.

Great

Good location. Had everything needed for a beach day too which saved us from having to buy a cooler and chairs. Great communication with the owner too. No fans out back and it does get hot but that's what cold beverages are for. Would stay again.

Perfect beach front location for family !!!

Our family felt like we were at home in your house. The location was perfect for us to see other places on the island, and helped us decide that the beach by the house was the best beach we encountered on our trip. We are all looking forward to next spring, and spending more beautiful fun filled days on the beach.

Nice beach

There were two leaks. One in the bathroom upstairs and one in the bathroom downstairs. Could have have been a little cleaner but beach houses r hard to keep clean. Couldn't get oven to work. Location was nice. Good beach nice use of kayaks. Location was good where the kids could walk everywhere.

Absolutely beautiful location! We loved the place and all the amenities. It is away from all the tourist areas, but yet close enough to drive to anywhere you would like to go. The view and beach were amazing and very relaxing. The house could use some TLC, but for the time we spent in the house (to eat and sleep) it was perfect. Jose was very helpful and responded quickly as needed.

Great home next to the Beach

House was very comfortable, stocked with all the amenities; wifi, tv, air conditioning, laundry room, new kitchen, comfortable beds, great porch overlooking the ocean. Yard was large and parking was covered. It was a little difficult to find (owner was super helpful) and the area shows a lot of storm damage but it was safe and very quiet. Locals were very friendly as was the owner. Beach is great for walking/running. Location is 30-60 mins from main attractions (beaches, Yunque Rainforest, etc.). Highly recommend the jet ski tour in Carolina.

Beach house okay for sleeping but nothing much more to enjoy in the immediate area.

The home needs some updating. We could not enjoy the beach because of the seaweed. Even though we got the house because of the beach access we had to travel out to different beaches to enjoy the Caribbean beaches. There was no Sandy beach. Nothing but wet sand with seaweed and so many bugs on the seaweed. The beds were very comfortable and air in the bedrooms was much needed and appreciated.

Wonderful stay at the Beach House in Punta Santiago

Stayed for 11 days at this big beautiful home right on the beach in Punta Santiago. The house was well stocked with everything one would need for a very comfortable stay. Jose was easy to reach and responded quickly to text messages. The location was great; grocery store, restaurants in walking distance from the house. The people we met were very friendly and made our stay very memorable. We would love to stay at the Beach house again, and thank Jose and Lorraine for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home. Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

We fell in love with the house and the are during the 3 years we lived in Puerto Rico as a family of six. Slghtly off the beaten path but 10 minutes from a major highway. The views are mesmerizing and you will feel stress fall off you in layers as you sit on the balcony listening to and watching the rhythm of the gentle waves.
But that takes me 30 minutes, otherwise -we both love to go on long jogs to the south and up a hill to a WWII-era gun position that overlooks the whole area or we love to kayak to Monkey Island.

Beach is your back yard. Few other people. Will feel like you have a private beach!
The water is calm, shallow, and warm. Great for kids.
The area is an ecotourism destination! Preserves to the north and south.
The house is perfect for a large group. It is dominate by large common spaces: the porch, the open kitchen-living-dining room, and of course the beach.
Outstanding access from the highway and to any shops or grocery needs.
Walking distance to medium size supermarket, and local outdoor family-run restaurants, and outdoor bars
