En villa på 400 kvm med tre vinger. Hver fløj er en 3 værelses lejlighed med størrelse 147,128 og 116sqm. Kan lejes i sin helhed til en stor familie eller en gruppe af venner. Det er beliggende i en rolig del af Cavtat på en klippe med udsigt over åbningen af det åbne Adriaterhav. Aircondition / gulvvarme. Det har en infinity-pool og en stor terrasse, der er velegnet til afslapning og nyder udsigten over havet og bjergene bag. Der er nærbutikker i nærheden (150 m). 10 minutters gang til strandpromenaden og Cavtat-stranden. Kan lejes helt eller af de enkelte enheder. Møbleret med moderne udstyr.

Look no further

The villa is more beautiful than the pictures. Vedran ( property manager) met us with many suggestions for our stay, plus when we wanted a vineyard tour and nice lunch he was very helpful in setting it up. Cavtat is pretty much an ideal location. It is stunning in its own right and ideally situated. We went to Dubrovnik once by ferry and once by suburban bus. Restaurants were a short walk and pretty darn good. Kotor , Montenegro was about 90 min away and definitely worth the trip. We also went to Ston and Mali Ston. The villa itself was a great place to party. Breakfast on the terrace is something I hope I never forget!

Beautiful view, lovely villa.

We stayed for 9 nights for our wedding party. We booked the whole villa for our family. The villa is lovely, has lovely views but it is up a fairly steep hill which was fine for most of us but if you have small children or mobility problems then you would need to use taxis or rent a car. Bozo the housekeeper is lovely and can't do enough for you, he has lots of local knowledge and is extremely helpful with transport, shopping etc. My only complaint would be that the cleaner comes early around 8am, and only clears the rubbish. There was no changing of bed linen or clean towels given. Floors were not cleaned nor were the bathrooms. If we had access to the cleaning equipment we would have done it ourselves but we had no mop or cleaning products. We washed the towels ourselves and dried them each day and brushed the floors. Overall we had a lovely stay. Cavtat is beautiful and I would definitely stay there again. Very peaceful. So not the place to stay if you want to party. Thank you Bozo for all your help.

We are sorry our services did not meet the required standard but we also need to set out what we actually do offer. For a stay usually lasting a week we offer two bath towels plus two hand towels per person. We also set out the bed with adequate linen. Our housekeeper is on hand to provide supplementary items across a stay if needed. We also provide a small clean daily which involves removing garbage and cleaning all kitchen and bathroom surfaces. Having spoken to the staff we understand access to the apartments for the cleaning staff was tricky across the stay but the housekeeper that attended almost daily had no requests for any assistance so the review so far is extremely puzzling. In any case thanks for the other elements of the review and we aim to work harder to address the issues raised.

Spacious villa

Great villa with lots of space (there were 14 of us, 3 generations, across the 3 apartments and we had room so spare). The location of the villa was good, within easy reach of Cavtat, which is beautiful. The walk back up the hill is very steep so we tended to use a car or taxis. Vedran was very helpful and responded to issues quickly. He also recommended some great restaurants (Ludo More was lovely!). The villa itself was quite well equipped and very clean but needs a little care and attention in places. The fridge in the downstairs apartment needs replacing and the dishwasher was faulty. There was also a broken wooden overhead beam on the BBQ area which looked dangerous. We were assured it was safe but nobody dared sit under it! Probably better to either repair or remove it. As other reviewers have mentioned, it would be good to have some more shade, particularly on on the downstairs veranda where we ate our meals. Despite these fairly minor niggles, it's a great villa and I would certainly recommend it for large groups.

Amazing holiday and location

We were a family of 14 adults and a toddler .The villa was fantastic with wounderful views .The housekeeper Bozo was very helpful and friendly .He took us close to Dubrovnic for a big shop and also took the baby and his parents to the hospital when he was ill.He also arranged taxi s for us where ever we wanted to go and day trips .The cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful every day she cleaned away the empty bottles and rubbish so we didnt need to worry about that

Spacious apartments with lovely view

We were a party of 7 adults and 7 children visiting Cavtat in August. The apartments are spacious and air conditioned throughout. All mod cons available. There was a problem with ants on the lower apartment which made it difficult to prepare food. Being pregnant with small children we needed a car to get up and down to Cavtat, as it's a long walk in the heat. The views are beautiful and Cavtat is lovely. Bozo the manager organised a lovely authentic meal in a nearby restaurant for us. The pool is a moderate size and could do with better sun parasols. Overall, Cavtat is worth a visit.

Lovely quiet property

Great pool and large accommodation for the 10 of us 4 adults and 6 children ages 9-17, you have to be fit though! Cavtat is beautiful town with lots of lovely restaurants and things to do for our children to do, very unspoilt! I think if you want peace and quiet and want to keep fit this is the Villa for you! You can get a taxi for £6 pound for 4 person getting back but it's not that far! The cleaner comes in every day to take away the rubbish and help you with anything.

Fantastic Villa for a large group.

We were a large group of families and couples. The three apartments allowed us to have separate living spaces when needed but we also could spend time together as a large group. Amazing views and a nice pool area to relax. The manger Bozo was fantastic and really helped to make our stay extra special. Bozo and his family treated us to great Croatian hospitality. The lady who came to clean every day was lovely and would do any extra cleaning that we would ask for - a big job considering how many people were staying.

Great Place!

We had a wonderful vacation at Cavtat and Villa Dubrovnik. Bozo met us at the airport and arranged transfer for all 9 persons. He also took some of us to a large supermarket to get the shopping done by car. We had the entire villa for us for the week. Two families used the bedrooms and bathrooms of the two apartments on the second and third floor. The living area and kitchen is on the second floor and the bedrooms (3 each per apartment) on the third floor. The apartments are big and functional. Beds good and air conditioning silent. The main apartment with the terrace was used as main area. We all 10 persons used this kitchen and because the fridge is quite small we also had stuff in the fridges in the other apartments. There is a big freezer in this apartment, which is good, because they have great ice cream. An extra fridge could be nice and also some updated kitchen tools as frying pan and chopping board. The terrace has a table for about 6 persons but not enough chairs, so we took the chairs from the balconies and the table from the BBQ area, so all 10 of us could sit together. Bozo is very helpful and comes to the house everyday and some days many times. The cleaning lady comes by every morning to take care of the trash and all the empty cans and bottles. Very convenient. You don't have to stress about where to take the trash or empty bottles. She is super friendly and noticed that we didn't have any clean kitchen towels and provided us with some. She also took a fast tour around the house when we waited for the transfer home and found some items that our teens had left behind. Thank's for that. Overall we had a great stay and the house is functional, the view outstanding and the pool okay even if it's on the small side. The house is a bit far away from the old town but once a day it wasn't a problem to go down and up again.

Bella villa con vista incantevole

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa grande villa per una settimana in agosto con altre 3 famiglie di amici; due famiglie si sono sistemate nell'appartamento al primo piano (che ha una bellissima terrazza collegata alla zona piscina da una scala esterna, tre camere come gli altri appartamenti ma è un po' più ampio), noi e l'altra famiglia (entrambe di 2 adulti+2 bambini) abbiamo soggiornato nei due appartamenti al secondo piano (3 stanze, 3 bagni, zona giorno molto spaziosa e bel balcone con vista strepitosa sul mare con tavolo e sedie per mangiare all'esterno). La piscina è stata il paradiso per i bambini (ma anche per gli adulti) è grande e curata, con doccia esterna calda e fredda ed un bellissimo barbeque sotto la vicina tettoia. La villa nell'insieme è bella e spaziosa, dotata di ogni confort. Necessiterebbe di qualche piccolo ritocco (qualche mobile segnato all'interno dall'umidità, alcune sedie esterne dei balconi rotte) ma l'unica nota realmente negativa, già segnalata al proprietario, sono i materassi (ed in alcuni letti anche le doghe di legno) che andrebbero sostituiti perchè scomodi e ormai sformati dall'usura. Per il resto siamo stati benissimo e la consiglio vivamente per un soggiorno in compagnia, magari in un periodo di bassa o media stagione, in cui il prezzo è meno alto. Cavtat è un paesino piccolo ma molto carino; nelle vicinanze si possono trovare spiagge soprattutto di ciotoli (sabbia non ne ho vista) con un bel mare, seppur non eccezionale. Assolutamente da visitare la vicina Dubrovnik (meravigliosa!). Il proprietario Colin (inglese) e la moglie Paola (italiana) sono due persone molto disponibili e cordiali.

"Fantastic family holiday"

The villa was perfect for our extended family of 15 adults and 1 child. We obviously hired the whole villa, which was perfect as it catered for any required privacy as well as the more usual large gatherings. Although there are three seperate apartments, (we made the ground floor our main hub as it had direct access to the pool, and the larger balcony/sundeck), we just closed the main door at the back and left the internal apt. doors open, allowing access available for everyone to everywhere. The photo's do not do the villa justice, it is large, clean, has all necessary equipment including a/c in every room and has the most glorious view. There is a cleaner who pops in everyday to clean and tidy the general areas and does a great job, but the icing on the cake is Bozo, the contact at the villa. If you are planning to visit, I recommend you contact him before you go, and ask his advice/suggestions on any journeys or trips you are thinking of making. He is unbelievably helpful, and more importantly, he is a really genuine, nice guy, who wants you to have a lovely holiday, and take away only positive thoughts about both Cavtat and Croatia. I have only positive things to say about Cavtat and the area. We only stayed for a week, so there were more than enough great restaurants and bars for us to enjoy, around a lovely trendy feeling harbour, with lots of fantastic looking yachts coming and going. We hired a small car just for trips to the supermarket, and although it is a steep walk back to the villa from town, it only takes 15 min and you can always catch a taxi for a fiver. A fantastic holiday in a country, resort and villa I can highly recommend.

Puhdas ja hieno talo.

Talo oli iso ja sopi erittäin hyvin meille koska meitä oli 4 perhettä ja kaikille oli oma rauha.Näkymät alakerran terassilta olivat mahtavat ja uimaallas oli kiva lisä vaikka se meidän mielestä ei ollut lämmitetty niin kuin oli luvattu,no siinä heräsi sitten nopeasti:)Kaikenkaikkiaan hieno paikka.

Sehr schönes geräumiges Ferienhaus

Dieses Ferienhaus ist einfach spitze. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit 4 Personen sehr genossen. Die Räume sind ausreichend groß. Wir hatten die Wohnung in der 1. Etage- die mit der schönen großen Terrasse :-)). Der Flughafen ist ganz in der Nähe, deshalb gab es auch ab und zu Flugverkehr, aber das war uns vorher bekannt und auch nicht schlimm. Man wird durch den tollen Meerblick entschädigt. Nach Dubrovnik sind es ca. 20 Minuten und selbst die Fahrt dorthin empfanden wir nicht als störend, da man einen sehr schönen Ausblick hatte. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft ist in der Nähe. Restaurants und kleine Shops unten im Ort. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

vila excelenta pentru vacanta cu prietenii

Vila este locatia perfecta pentru o vacanta cu copiii, cu multi prieteni, preferabil inchiriata in intregime pentru mai multa libertate si distractie! Fotografiile reflecta cu acuratete spatiul generos, dotarile si confortul oferit, dar privelistea depaseste cu mult orice asteptare...De la vila este usor de ajuns (asadar nu trebuie ratate! ) la portul din Cavtat, la 15-20 minute de mers pe jos, plaja din Popovici, la 15 km, una dintre cele mai spectaculoase din lume, sau Dubrovnikul, cam la aceeasi distanta. In concluzie, o vacanta minunata, intr-o locatie deosebita.

Great villa!

My friends and I stayed in this villa for a week in June. Since we were quite a large group, we rented the whole villa and we were not disappointed at all! The villa is very spacious and with three separate areas, it allowed for everyone to be able to do their own thing (no need to fight over which movie to watch for example!). With a small grocery just down the road, most needs are easily catered for by the villa. Bozo, the guy takes care of the villa, is very helpful and is able to provide help on most matters. All in all, this villa is a great place to base your holiday! The only thing I would suggest is that you rent a car (the road leading up to the villa is quite steep)

Vue imprenable sur l'Adriatique prés de Dubrovnik

La villa louée dans son intégralité est parfaite pour un grand groupe. Elle est très spacieuse et son nombre de chambres et de salle de bains parfaitement adapté pour 18 personnes. L'espace de vie extérieur ( piscine et terrasses ) est très agréable et la vue sur mer magnifique. La distance à parcourir à pieds pour se rendre à la mer n'est pas praticable avec des enfants.

Wir (2 Erw. , 3 Kinder ) haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Der traumhafte, unverbaute Ausblick auf das Meer, die Ruhe, (Wir waren allein in der Villa, da die anderen Fe-Wo`s nicht belegt waren) der schöne, gepflegte Garten und der erfrischende Pool - einfach herrlich. Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll, modern eingerichtet und auch absolut sauber und schön mit sehr viel Platz. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr gut - der "Hausmeister" kümmert sich täglich um das Anwesen, ist sehr nett und gibt auch gute Tipps zur Freizeitgestaltung Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Der Weg zum Strand ist etwas weiter. Der Flughafen ist nur 5 Km entfernt, so das auch manchmal Flugzeuge über das Anwesen fliegen, was aber nicht störend ist. Dubrovnic ist nur ca. 25 Autominuten entfernt - eine wunderschöne Stadt - auch besonders abends. Zusammengefasst: Traumlage, Traumausstattung - ohne Bedenken sehr zu empfehlen!

Brilliant place to base your holiday

We stayed here for a week in early september. The place is just as beautiful as the pictures portray, and Bozo is very helpful. The apartments are all well equipted for cooking, and comfy living. The BBQ area and balconies were great for watching sunsets, and the property is air conditioned through out. The beach is walking distance and the actual town of Cavtat is quaint and a 15 minute walk. Dubrovnik is easily accessible by bus and takes about 40 minutes to reach. The only down side is that the apartments echo so you can hear people upstairs and when they come and leave the building through the main entrance- but nothing ear plugs cant solve. All in all one of the best holidays I have ever had, and I will be back next year.
