The Beach House is beautifully appointed yet extremely welcoming and comfortable. The outdoor living space is amazing, we had a hard time justifying leaving the house to explore the island. This was the perfect spot to come back to to celebrate our 20th anniversary. If you have the chance, splurge and have a private Chef provide you with in Villa dining. Truly a dream vacation! We will be back!

The property was very clean upon our arrival and, based on the length of our stay (10 days), was refreshed mid-stay; Luisa did a fantastic job. Sharlene was delightful and met us at the property to walk us through as a check-in procedure which was incredibly helpful. She also coordinated our transportation from/to the airport (cost not included) and we appreciated knowing we were in trusted hands. The views from all the rooms and multiple decks were amazing. The water couldn't be better. The kitchen is very well equipped compared to other rentals. The house is literally the first property past the Long Bay Beach resort which was a perfect location. The resort restaurants were within walking distance, but would recommend renting a car to get to other areas and to the ferries if you want to explore other close islands or for exploring via private day charters. There was an issue with the AC in the master bedroom a couple of days into our stay and Sharlene was able to get someone out on a holiday to repair it before lunchtime, we were very thankful. Overall, would highly recommend the property. We had a fabulous time.

This is definitely THE rental to book in Long Bay. Great for two or three couples or a multigenerational family. Incredible views, and more than comfortable in every way. Loved the infinity pool.You can easily walk to the Long Bay resort for a meal or a spa treatment.And the rental agency team was extremely helpful.It was an excellent stay!

Fantastic property with breathtaking views. The host went above and beyond. The bedroom layout offers privacy for all guest, the social areas from indoor kitchen to outdoor kitchen and pool area are well done. Located at Long Bay area offers great walks on beach, body surfing and walk to Long Bay Resort for great dining or drinks.

The house was beautiful , clean and comfortable. The views were spectacular!! Loved the pool and the beach at Smugglers Cove. Great restaurants nearby. The service was top notch between the planning, the provisions being handled and any questions we had while at the house were answered immediately. It was a 10/10 and we will be back!

Perfect location with a VIEW!

First of all, it was beautiful! The private pool was a highlight. Loved the separate entrances to the bedrooms which gave adult family members their own space. Great location on Tortola too! Our family of 5 all agreed it was the perfect house for us. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Villa, Great Location

We loved The Beach House. It was our third trip to Tortola but first time to rent a villa. We will definitely be back. We loved having the pool, access to a beach, and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms, especially the main bedroom, are very nice. Beds were comfortable. View was amazing.

Our stay was spectacular. We’ve been to Tortola over a dozen times. The house was just right for our stay. We especially liked the heated pool. Sharlene was great to work with and answered all our questions promptly.

Great Villa! Great West End Location!

Layout of the Villa was ideal for us - we had 4 adult couples. The location is a great West End location. The pool (and entire outdoor space) is amazing and the sunsets are incredible. Couldn’t have asked for a better villa for our vacation! Thanks a bunch!

Great Experience - 50th Birthday Get Away

We had a wonderful time! The property was just as pictured, although it is striking in person. The view, the service all amazing. Sam, Pinky and Sharlene made this a wonderful experience and so easy to plan. Highly recommend!

Lovely Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at The Beach House. It was fun to be able to walk to the beach and to Long Bay Resort for a few meals. The house was clean and beautiful. Sam and her colleagues at Villas of Tortola were fabulous property managers all around. Very responsive and professional. Thank you!

Perfect Paradise Getaway

You’re a stones throw away from the water and you have breathtaking views from the house. You can’t go wrong staying here and we will definitely be back. Sharlene and her team were amazing with answering all the questions we had. The infinity pool overlooking the water was perfect. Not a lot of restaurant options if you don’t have a car but with the views from the house, we happily ate in most days.

Beautiful house. Great layout for 6 adults. Not too far from west end or Road Town . No regrets on anything. Great communication from property managers.

Great House and Location

Beautiful house with amazing views and location. Close to beaches, ferries and great restaurants. Sam, Sharlene and Pinky were all very helpful, responsive and helped plan details in regards to our cars and taxi to the house. We enjoyed the pool as well as the crashing waves with great views every day. Each room was well appointed and was a perfect set-up for our four-couple group. Would highly recommend!

Paradise

The picture may have you believe that you're directly on the ocean; you're not. Other than that little wrinkle for me, it was perfect! The location and house were great. If you're looking to make memories you've found the place.

Incredible Property

This villa was amazing and even better than advertised. The house is spread out on several levels which allowed for great privacy for our family including our adult children. The views throughout were spectacular and the heated infinity pool was a huge hit. The Property Manager Sam and her team were super responsive and helpful. This is truly a Gem in every way possible!!!

This place was was perfect for us!

Amazing views from every level, but best while lounging in warm infinity pool! Rooms spacious and clean. Location perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet. Walking distance to a few places for cocktails and great food. Our host Pinky was extremely helpful and we all very much enjoyed the Roti she prepared for us for a small charge. Everyone was great on commutation ensuring it all went smooth. Wish we could have stayed longer that 5 days.

That pool is something else, it feels as if you could just reach out and touch the beach across the street. And the 3 or 4 minute walk to 1748 for dinner or a cocktail really makes you feel as if you deserve it lol. Next time you must stay longer lol!

Beautiful June stay in Tortola

The Villa is perfectly positioned literally yards from Long Bay beach, while at the same time being elevated enough to provide wonderful uninterrupted views across the bay to Jost and be above any traffic. We stayed for 10 nights and at times there were 8 of us, but because the villa is on 3 levels it never felt crowded, but you do need to be able to climb steep inclines and steps. The Villa was quite recently finished to a very nice standard and everything was working or quickly sorted by the property managers.

Can’t say enough about this beautiful vacation home. Great decor and amenities, perfect location

We had such a great week at the Beach House. It is gorgeous with incredible views out on Long Bay - especially when enjoyed from the infinity pool. All of the rooms were stunning and offered a lot of privacy. Our local hosts were so helpful and easy to work with. From the house it was an easy drive to Sopers Hole or Nanny Cay for provisions. There was a beautiful beach at the foot of the driveway and we could walk (just under a mile) to Smugglers beach. We also walked to Long Bay resort for a couple meals. All in all one of the best vacation rentals experiences we’ve ever had!

Paradise

From the moment we booked through VRBO, the hosts contacted us and provided a bounty of information. The online picture did not do the home justice…it was even more spectacular in person. We were greeted by Pinky and she made us feel at home. Her chicken rotis we’re also a great treat for our day-of arrival. We’ve already reached out about renting again next year. We fully enjoyed our bit of paradise.
