Unit is as far from the beach as you can get on this property. To call it "beach front" would be a joke. No view, dirty on arrival. Unit is updated on the inside and was nice. Pool is small and also right out by the main road. I would suggest there are better options for the money. Listings are a bit misleading.

The tv in the master we never got to connect to internet.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. The place was great. Comfortable beds, hangers provided which aren’t always offered at places like this. The beach is just beautiful and we never had trouble getting a chair. We felt like we were able to safely socially distant from others at the complex. My only complaint is our place did not have a broom, and I think it would be really nice to offer at least 1 roll of paper towels, 1 sponge, a small thing of dish soap, and a glass cleaner for wiping down the tables. I think for the price we pay, those things should be included. Otherwise- loved it!

Thank you for the comments and glad you enjoyed your stay. We do provide brooms, sometimes they have to put them next to the fridge or in on of the closets depending on the set up. If you ever can't find, let us know and we will get you one. Hope to see you again soon!

The place is very pretty and was very clean. We had a problem with internet that took a day to get resolved, but it was over Christmas, so this has to be considered. This is not actually a beach view- it is a view of other units. It is the farthest from the beach of all units there. The beach itself is pretty and is a 10 minute walk or less. My biggest complaint is the listing says “other room” and shows a picture that makes it seem like an additional room- but the picture is of one of the bedrooms. The “other room” with the pull out couch is actually the living room. Also, while it didn’t impact us directly, the listing says up to 8 people, but the rule book in the apartment says max of 6. The host has several decks of cards and games for varying ages available. A/C worked great and all appliances were working plenty of dishes and utensils available.

The service was great when needed, location to shops and restaurants was very doable and everyone was very friendly. Also, as far as I could see the Island House was the only beach access that had trash cans on the beach to throw away garbage. I would most definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was great. Clean the price was right and the house is well stocked with beach toys and stuff to use at the beach. The pool is as close as can get and that was great since my mom is somewhat disabled and the fact that it’s climatized was just right for the cool days. The grills were great. I wish there were bathrooms close to the beach but that’s the only complaint.
