Island House Beach Resort, Siesta nøgle, Crescent Beach!Nye forbedringer i 2014! 60 "tv og underholdning center (netflix reaady), ny ac enhed, ny opvaskemaskine og loft fans i soveværelser. Professionelt indrettet i oktober 2011. Denne store 2 soveværelser, 2 bad enhed er ca. 1000 sq ft. Det har en stor stue, spiseplads, fuldt udstyret køkken, alle apparater, screenet Lanai, overdækket parkering, central varme / ac, gratis wi-fi, plasma tv. Enheden har en king size seng, 2 tvillinger, sovesofa. Nyt klimaanlæg, opvaskemaskine, underholdningscenter med storskærm tv. Det ligger tæt på swimmingpoolen og er en kort afstand til det smukke blå vand i Mexicogolfen. Alle værelser for nylig malet og luft system og ventilationskanaler rengøres. Dette smukt vedligeholdte kompleks har 2 strandkabiner, strandstole, stor opvarmet swimmingpool, spillehal og en naturskønt gårdhave på gården, hvor du vil opleve de mest fantastiske solnedgange. Der er mange butikker, restauranter, golf, fiskeri, tennis, sejlads, parasailing og gallerier i området. Bush Gardens, Adventure Island og Disney er en kort køretur. Så pakk dine tasker og kom og del i vores paradis for at gøre ferien til en mest mindeværdig.

Beautiful condo! Lots of space! Clean and comfortable! Great location- close to both parts of town. Wonderful pool. And phenomenal soft sand beach. Siesta Key is a wonderful place for a vacation!

No that was disappointing but it wasn't a far walk. It is a beautiful Villa. I wish we could have had a grill personal grill but I guess that's not allowed.

From checking in to leaving was very easy. This place was large and had everything we needed. It was clean and near several places we enjoyed going. The beach did have a large waterfront with chairs for first come first serve use and tents that were available to rent. Parking was easy and the space was covered.

Amazing villa, with a great location...only challenge was wi-fi didn't work the entire time we were there. Spoke with property management and they were supposed to send someone to fix - but it never worked. Otherwise --- great location, great amenities, beautiful villa!

I think we’ve been here more than five times; it’s a super peaceful and comfortable place. It’s conveniently located—you can easily go shopping or get food delivered. My daughters and we enjoy it so much; we look forward to coming back every year with great excitement. Everything is clean and quiet, the staff is available whenever needed, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, the bathrooms are cozy, and the internet is excellent. It’s the best.

Nice Villa in a Great Community

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our recent visit in May/June 2024 was the second time we've stayed in V39. They've recently remodeled both bathrooms and updated flooring throughout the bathrooms and bedrooms. It's very nice overall and close to the pool. Being in a tropical environment, certain pests are expected. We saw a cockroach at one point and it appeared that there was termite feces in the cabinets that kept coming back even after cleaning. The front desk couldn't identify it and wouldn't move us to another unit or have an exterminator come in while we were there. Hopefully they were able to fix the infestation after we left.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of three were very pleased with the stay at the Island House Beach Resort V39. The four minute walk to the uncrowded beach for the resort was perfect. The beach was wide and perfect as I remember last being in Siesta Key 24 years ago. Villa was clean. Beds were comfortable. I would make a recommendation for an update, as the couch and recliner are at the end of their useful life - not a lot of support, but didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. We didn't have to ask for any help, but appears the management staff were active and visible during our stay. I liked that our entrance was closed, so you had to drive all the way around the horseshoe to get to our villa. It is one building away from Midnight Pass so their is some road noise if sitting outside, but it didn't bother me, I liked the activity. We ordered bikes from Siesta Key Bike and Kayak. Ate at My Village Pub (a lot of TVs for sports), Broken Egg for breakfast (staple of SK), Island Tap House and Mellow Mushroom (off island). All were great.We would recommend and stay again! Thanks.
