I would definitely stay here again!! I had the most amazing experience, great location and restaurants within walking distance and free trolley to get around the island!

Family vacation

The location was very convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. The condo was clean and comfortable and worked well for my family.

Another great stay at Anna Maria

Great location to Bridge Street and nearby restaurants and bars. Direct access to the beach. Very good communication from property manager throughout the booking process. Property does require some maintenance which isn’t portrayed in property images.

Beautiful condo, Great location

This condo is beautiful inside. It is well furnished and was very clean. The beds were super comfortable, the linens fresh and plentiful and the kitchen is a dream. You do have the bay to the back and the gulf to the front but the views are obstructed. However it's a quick walk

Unit was clean, comfortable and inviting. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked but very disorganized. Listing says 2 balconies but really only has one as the other is actually the walkway to access the condo, no place to sit and is shared by others to access the other units. Listing includes beach chairs which was great. It also had wagon, toys, cooler and umbrellas. I wish this would have been mentioned as I spent the money to rent these extra items then found they were already there to use. I imagine that they were items left by past renters which I can appreciate. We were disappointed that we couldn’t actually see the bay or gulf from the condo as it was the 2nd building and view is blocked both ways by additional buildings. In future I will check listing more carefully for these kind of details but over all we enjoyed our time. There is NO ice maker but plenty of ice cube trays.

Not like the pictures

Terribly stocked kitchen , limited porch furniture, broken tv, broken ceiling fan, closets full of junk. Pictures make properly look Ocean front but this condo doesn’t face the ocean and is across the street from beach. Owner sends 4am text on departure day to remind you to leave.

Elizabeth, This is the most bogus review. You said things were broken, however, I checked on you two days after you checked in and you did not complain or report one thing was wrong. There is a Google pinpoint map on the property listing that shows the exact location of the property. The photo show the condo overlooking the pool and the photos show the view from the property. The text the morning of departure is not to remind you to leave, the text clearly states to double check your drawers and closet so nothing is left behind.

I liked that the condo was in a great location and so many things were within walking distance. HOWEVER:-It was almost impossible to find in the dark. The buildings are NOT marked very well at all. We drove around for over an hour trying to find it. I tried calling Terry 3 times and the 2 people I did talk to were no help at all.-Terry was quick to respond when we couldn't get the air conditioning to operate.-No one showed up to look at the TV. The only show we could watch in the LR area was Funniest Videos.-The kitchen was well stocked with supplies-The throw rugs were very dirty and should have been shampooed-Before our trip Terry was not always prompt answering my emails. He would usually reply by sending the canned message with the link. I had to be persistent in resending my questions to actually get them answered.

Beth, Your review is misleading and riddled with lies. I asked you not to follow your GPS and to follow my directions. You refused to follow checkin instructions. Your A//C issue was dealt with within minutes. This was user error, there was nothing wrong with the A/C. I sent a team member to turn the television on for you. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the television. Again, this was user error, there was nothing wrong with the television. I counted the communication with you. You contacted me 35 times and each and every communication was responded to within minutes. We do not use canned messages, we never have and we have 24/7 live agents. Everyone one of my reviews mentions the outstanding communication and customer service. Terry

The house did not look beautiful like the pictures. False advertisement. Packing tape was holding the shower head in master bath to prevent leaking shower head. Tube would not drain properly and had to stand in duty water. Dish washer wasn’t that great, didn’t work good. Water from freeze dripped on food in the refrigerator. No ice maker, had to buy ice or use and crack ice trays. Couches were old , stained worn out. Coffee pot in kitchen needs to be upgraded, it was a crap. We went and bought. A kueriq coffee pot and just took it home. Plug switch in bedroom hanging, unsafe. Kitchen skillets were worn out, need replaced. We had to wear shoes because our get turned black from the dirty floors. One of the eyes on the stove did not work. If there was linen and towers service there was no info about how to get clean ones. I rented a house in Norh Carolina last year for the same price I paid for this condo and there no comparison. We were dissatisfied at the quality of this property.
