Nice property and great location. Beach is pretty much private with nobody else on it. We recommend it even though the property could use a little of love:- Shower by the pool doesn’t work- Hot tub was empty- Lounge chairs cushions need to be replaced- Trash bag on the beach was not picked up- Some mold in the shower - Toilet by the family room doesn’t work well

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased that you enjoyed the property, its location and the privacy of the beach. We’re sorry that a few items affected your stay. One of the four outdoor showers had stopped working, and a replacement was ordered immediately. As items take time to reach Eleuthera, it had not yet arrived during your visit. The hot tub had been emptied because it was not being used during the hot summer months. Had you mentioned that you wanted to use it, our property manager would have prepared it for you straight away. Unfortunately, plastic waste sometimes washes ashore without warning. We do our best to keep the beach clean, but new debris can appear between cleanings. When you reported mold in the shower, we immediately sent our cleaning team to take care of it. Our property manager also checked the toilets and confirmed that they were working. Brand-new lounge chairs were available in the garage, and our property manager would have gladly provided them had the issue been raised during your stay. We appreciate your comments and are always happy to address any concerns as soon as we are made aware of them.

Private Oasis with ALL the Amenities

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This architectural gem is nestled on 3 acres above one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. We are already planning another visit. The home is newly remodeled in a modern, yet inviting style. We made good use of the gourmet kitchen and loved the well-appointed baths. Our family of 12 found the large kitchen and common space perfect - whether for group meals, a birthday celebration or cozy conversations on the large couch or small table overlooking the beach. Having access to a stretch of private, pink sand beach is one of the delights of Trident Estate as you can pop down for the sunrise in your PJs. Although you feel like you're the only building on the island, you can walk down the powdery sand beach to access two restaurants. And, it's an easy drive to grocery stores, a pharmacy and medical services. There are so many options for sub-sets of a group to converse or just relax. The pool area is an oasis in and of itself... the rooftop is perfect for star-gazing and the beach cabana is a great place for cocktails. Both the owner and the local manager were attentive and responsive to our needs - the house was spotless - exemplary customer service. PS: As sailors, we have experienced the full range of beaches - from the rocky, eagle aeries of British Columbia, Canada through to the Seychelles’ splendid “Source of the Money” beach. We believe Pompano Beach ranks in the top 10... and certainly took full pleasure in Trident Estate’s stretch of this splendid beach.

Photos are brilliant but once you get there you realize that it's not only the beauty but the vibe you get when you're at this property. It's cool, calm, peaceful and just overall amazing. We had a party of 11 and everyone was comfortable and felt at home. The view from the rooftop was spectacular and watching the sun rise from that spot was breathtaking. Justin, the manager of the property went far beyond the call of duty to make our experience even more special than it already was. I would 10/10 recc9mend this property to everyone I know. It's been 2 weeks since we returned home and we are still basking in the afterglow of our experience at this property. If you do book this property, please tell Patrice at Millards Grocery Store, I said hello.

We felt like we had the beach just to ourselves and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The agent, Mathew is the best we have ever dealt with.
