Upon our arrival we were thrilled with the excellent location and views, as well as the cleanliness, spaciousness and vibe of the unit! We had plants of room, an amazing deck and well stocked amenities. Would return and recommend 100%.

The condo we rented was right on the beach with fabulous views of the bay. The other plus was being right on Commercial St. The unit was very clean, comfortable and had everything you needed (linins, towels, kitchen items, etc.). We had two minor issues with the TV and a door handle. Contacted Del Mar and they immediately sent someone over and both were resolved quickly. Would definitely rent from them again!

The location and view from the property was excellent!! I would stay here again. Although the description of the property stated fully renovated, I do have some feedback, and I expressed this with management. The 2 bathrooms have been updated with nice tile and showers, vanities and toilets. Although there was mold present in both showers and some rust on the pipes to toilet. One of the vanities was damaged. We would have liked to see the appliances updated as well. They are white appliances, but they were clean. Just my preference. We noticed 1 of the cabinet doors was lose and also the french doors leading to the deck did not lock and kept opening up on their own when the front door opened. I contacted management and they sent over a tech that day! They fixed the cabinet door but the french doors still wouldn't lock and stay shut. I let them know again and they sent another tech but it was not fixed. We had to use a cord to secure them at night so they wouldn't open. Being on the beah it would have been nice to have beach towels to use as well. Again the place was overall very good and we would stay there again.

The location was excellent. It was nice to have the deck for sitting. The 2nd bedroom was extremely small. Del Mar was very responsive with fixing issues especially the door to the deck as it was not working when we arrived.

Million $ view from deck

Checking in with torrential rain and 3 flights of outside stairs with luggage was a nightmare. Having to drop off luggage in from of property. Realize it would have been less a problem w/o the rain but the 3 flights of stairs was still difficult with luggage. Appreciated the individual temperature control for each room. The view of sunrise was spectacular. Views from deck outstanding.

Cancelled at last minute

We had booked this property, six weeks in advance, but we were contacted to notify us of the cancellation within five hours of check-in time. It was very difficult to get a hold of the property management service that was running it. We ultimately did and they provided us with an alternative property. This was totally unacceptable. As the reason they gave us for the cancellation was that construction was being done on the property. When we went to go see the property, we asked the neighbor when the construction had started. The property had been under construction for weeks.

Wonderful stay in an amazing location!

Really loved staying in this property. Fantastic views from the balcony of both the ocean, plus the Provincetown monument. It's right above the Heaven Cafe. If you love the view from the Aqua Bar, you'll love the view here. There's two bedrooms with queen size beds. Plus there's a bonus room which has a queen-size murphy pull-down bed. (The murphy-bed room does have sliding doors so you do have privacy there.) There's two bathrooms as well -- each with nice showers. There's a kitchen with even a small kitchen nook. Plus a lovely large living room that's bright and has a large sectional couch, plus a dining room table. But it's the balcony area you will likely want to spend most of your time on. It's HUGE! And fantastic. It's a great location -- right on Commercial Street. Just steps from Spiritus pizza. And it's very quiet despite being in the middle of it all. Air conditioning worked great to keep things cool. And there's even a washer and dryer off the kitchen area leading to the bathroom. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again.
