Start your vacation right in this beautifully decorated 5-bedroom/5-bathroom villa at Windsor resort. The lovely and cozy décor will make you feel right at home. Enjoy ample living and dining room space, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for your stay. A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use, however we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your stay. Step out onto the patio and enjoy your own private swimming pool and spa. Optional add-ons for your stay: Pool/ hot tub heating is available for $70 every five days Each additional 5 days stayed would be an additional $70 for pool heat . If your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29.95.
We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay. Restrictions apply please contact our team for further details.
If you need additional information on rules and regulations from the HOA at Windsor Island Resort such as parking, vehicle sizes or areas in development, do not hesitate to contact us.

Wonderful place!!! Although we didn’t use them, it’s awesome that they offer strollers and even a toddler bedside rail if you need it!! Amazing staff at the front gates as well! Absolutely would stay here again!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The resort was amazing. Was a short drive to Disney. Lots of restaurants and stores close by. We will definitely return!

The property I stayed in was broke up. Couch was completely broken and they put it together so when I tried to sit there I fell completely down . Power did not work in the master bedroom had to find breaker box. The stairs rail was coming apart so you really had to be careful when you came down from up stairs. Every where you looked there was a problem it really was not safe. The worst place ever and when called no one never came to repair the issue. They did come my last night I call and complain about how they handled my stay.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify that when the first issues were reported, they were communicated as minor concerns. At that time, our team did not have anyone available to go to the property that same night. We requested permission to send someone the following day to inspect and address the concerns, but permission was not granted. Regarding the power issue in the master bedroom, we provided troubleshooting instructions to reset the breaker, and the issue was resolved after the breaker was switched back on. We also followed up and requested permission to return to the property to inspect the other concerns, but we were advised that access was not possible since you were checking out the following day. We always strive to assist our guests and address any reported issues as quickly as possible. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our communication and maintenance process. -The IHM Team

Wonderful stay. Washer was not working, would not go past wash setting. Other than that small hiccup, very nice stay.
