Guernsey beach rentals

We had a great week - partly because the weather was so good. The owners were very helpful and we were able to enjoy the property to the full. We alternated between eating in and going out to a restaurant so made good use of the cooking facilities. One of the major benefits was the close location to the excellent beaches at the east end of the island (which were mostly deserted). We managed to swim most days. We also enjoyed walking around the coastal path. We probably ‘overdid’ the slightly long walk into town and maybe should have made more use of taxis or perhaps bikes. On several nights the sky and stars were amazing. So to summarise - a really enjoyable holiday at a great location on a lovely island where everyone is so welcoming and friendly.

This is one of the best properties you can stay at, having everything you could want or need. The bungalow was only a short drive from anywhere, the island is not that big. There was so much to see and coming back to Morningstar to relax in the mature garden was a pleasure. We took Angie’s suggestion to walk along the clifftop pathway, starting from a lane almost opposite the property one evening and were amazed by the stunning views. We were even more impressed at beaches conveniently places along the path, to sit and admire the views. I cannot say how much we loved our stay in Guernsey and am so pleased we chose to stay at Morningstar. Thank you Richard and Angie for your hospitality, the bungalow was a very relaxing place to stay.

This beautiful Guernsey cottage is highly recommended. Relaxed check in and out with such a helpful host. Superb location for two lovely beaches. Looking forward to returning.

Stella was very good at answering questions before we got there the flat itself was clean and comfortable with everything you'd need an excellent location for the beach literally just across the road excellent bus service into town again just across the road would highly recommend

Just right for a quiet holiday away from the teeming crowds. Yet still convenient for all attractions and facilities on the island. Very welcoming owners and the property was modern and superbly equipped. Delightful!
