If I could give a rating of 6 stars I would. Everything from the cottage to the host was exceptional. Nothing was too much for Tina. What a wonderful, welcoming lady. Would definitely recommend.

A great property for a group of friends, but not particularly ideal for a young family due to layout, location and lack of outdoor space. The property is beautifully decorated and the vatheooms are to an exceptionally high standard. The host communicates promptly.

I can’t say enough great things about this incredibly historic property. We were treated my like family here. If you want to take trip back in time but with all the modern amenities this is the place for you. The attention to detail is amazing. We will surely be back and will recommend it to our friends. What an amazing experience that far exceeded our expectations!

We spent a wonderful fortnight at Meadow View. The house was clean, comfortable and we felt right at home. On arrival we were greeted by the hosts Maria and Tony who made us feel very welcome. They also had the kettle on the boil ready for a cuppa to go with the home made scones & jam. After a long journey it was very much appreciated and yummy to boot!!! The hosts were kind and helpful. The pub in Quin, Abbey Tavern & Bistro serve delicious meals and there is a cracking Thai takeaway i Ennis - Red Onion Indian and Thai. The highlight of our holiday was a day on Inis Mor, Arran Island and amazing experience. We took the ferry from Doolin which isn't very far from the house. Burran National Park is also a must A very diverse area with plenty to do and see. .We would definitely return too Meadow View and strongly recommend it. We stayed at the cottage recently with our young children while in Ireland attending my brother’s wedding. Amazing location, spacious cottage with everything we could need. Very easy to find, following the owner’s helpful guidance. The wedding was at Dromoland Castle, so the cottage was perfectly located; no more than and easy 10min drive away. Shops easy to access in Newmarket-on-Fergus only a few mins away by car. Warm, comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend this cottage. The owner’s communication has been fantastic at every stage. Many thanks!

It was great

This quiet farmhouse is situated on a small working farm which only adds to its charm and fun. There a very friendly dog and two goats that regularly roam the property. Barbara is a wonderful host. Friendly and informative. She even offered us tour of the farm which we gladly accepted. The house is very clean with some modern appointments but still retains a rustic feel. The nearby town of Ennis is lively and practical. Overall a comfortable and relaxing experience. Please be aware that a rental car is a must have if plan to stay here.

The property has clearly undergone extensive renovation. it is decorated to a very high standard, and all the equipment is of high quality. Beds are new and very comfortable. A very well put together property for a stay in the west of Ireland. The owners left tea coffee fresh milk bread etc. and gave good precise explanations about the Very thoughtful and welcoming hosts. We used the house as a base for travelling to Clare Galway Aran Isles etc. so it location and the proximity to Ennis centre and the railway station were perfect. Ennis is a lovely town and a 2 minute walk.
