Holiday rentals near Piazza Shelley

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The home was incredibly spacious, spotless, and in excellent condition - perfect for relaxing after a day out. Just a 2-minute walk to the beach and on vibrant high street full of great restaurants and stylish shops (a great place for evening strolls!). Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and a prime location by the sea.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa which had superb views over Luca. Massimo, the owner, was lovely and spoke very good English explaining the places we should visit. He was very tolerant of us as we left things behind but rang us to let us know before we had gone too far! Thank you

This was a special event made even better by the beautiful house and Monica's great cooking and hosting. Stunning views and beautiful rooms. Monica welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed, she couldn't have been nicer. We also arranged for her to cook a celebration meal one night which was exceptional, genuine local products, her own cheese and a real flavour of Tuscan cookery. I can't recommend this place and Monica enough.

Happy to recommend Simona's property. An excellent location as a base to visit the surrounding area and beyond...and just to walk out of the door and enjoy walks in the immediate locality. A very comfortable apartment to return to and spend time in... it's a great location in Aquilea. Supermarket close by... and a ' negozio alimentari' and bar in Aquilea ( unfortunately the owners went on holiday the day I arrived, so cannot comment further ). Simona is very helpful re local information and potential sightseeing.

This place is just wonderful and Massimo is THE BEST host. The place doesn't have air conditioning, but don't let that put you off. We stayed there when it was unusually hot and it was still cool enough inside to sleep. The windows are all fitted with screens, so you can have the window without worry of insects getting in. The house has everything you can possibly need. Loved it. There's not a thing we would change!

My second stay , very handy for all amenities. Enjoyed using the balcony. Very handy for storing rented bikes.

Wonderful accommodation, very friendly and attentive staff. Very spacious, amazing pool and garden. Would highly recommend to stay in this villa.
