Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

No smoking on the balcony, inside the condo or in any common areas, no animals, no additional guests and one vehicle only. This is strictly enforced.
No burning of candles, incense or other scented items inside the condo. No grilling on the balcony or lawn area.
Do not walk in the dunes. Our beach prohibits glass containers, alcoholic beverages, open fires, fireworks, loud music and littering.
