We enjoyed our stay immensely, the stairs proved to be difficult for us, as we are all over 65, and retired. There was the warning about the stairs up to our apartment, but was a little thrown by the stairs up the street to the building. I think this wasn't David's fault, I just didn't understand the problem this caused. That being said, with many rests, we made it to our apartment and the view was worth the steps.. our stay was too short but well worth it in every sense

This was a nice apartment in an interesting neighborhood. Visitors should understand that the recommended drop off nearest the building requires negotiating 50 yards of stone steps plus the four flights up to the rental.

If traveling to Lisbon, this is the place you should book. We could not have asked for a better location for enjoying this wonderful, lively city. Although public transportation is available, it is very walkable (just wear comfortable shoes). This rental is very family friendly with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We were central to everything and spent each day exploring, on foot, a different direction. The view of the river was incredible, and the apartment was clean and inviting. The host, David was always available if we had any questions.

A very central property, with wonderful views. It is a few flights of stairs up, but this helped with breeze flowing through the property to keep it cool. The check in process was OK, but the main door key needs extending prior to opening the door. We weren’t told this is advance and had to call the host for advice. Overall a great location, surrounded by restaurants, with easy access to the train station and parking nearby if needed.

David ensured that we had a ride from the airport to the apartment. He picked us up himself. He gave us a little tour of Lisbon before we got settled into the apartment. David also made sure we had a ride to the train station. The apartment was very clean and the views from the two bedrooms was spectacular. Shopping and restaurants are close by as well as busses and trolleys. I would stay here again and would recommend that if you are looking to stay in Lisbon you stay here. Thanks David for making our trip very enjoyable and memorable.

Great location, within walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants and activities. The apartment is in a hilly area and on the top floor of the building that requires a lot of stairs, so be prepared to do a lot of strenuous walking but I would definitely stay here again. We were able to arrange very reasonably priced transportation with Davide, and he was very accommodating with us to get an early check-in. He even provided fresh, local pastries for us. He was extremely helpful, and provided a lot of information about local activities, places to eat, etc. He also reached out to us several times to see if we needed anything at all.

The property was in our favorite part of Lisbon. Very quaint and lovely! David was very friendly and welcoming, and he gave us great recommendations for our stay in the area. Would highly recommend! Also, the views from the windows were spectacular

Great location. Nice apartment. Friendly and helpful property owner/manager. Really not much to say on the negative side. The only things potential guests would need to consider is that you need to be somewhat in good physical shape as there are quite a few flights of stairs to get up to the apartment (but I hear that is quite normal in Lisbon) and vehicle access is limited but there is pay parking nearby where you can leave your car.

Excellent Short Stay

We had a great stay at this property. The host David was excellent! Very helpful and his communication was amazing. The unit was clean and bright and suited our needs as a family of 6 for a short stay. Restaurants, shopping and water front were all very walkable. The only down side was the amount of stairs to climb to the unit and the air conditioning wasn’t that great but with a breeze at night, sleeping was comfortable. Would recommend!

Great views and about 10 minute walk from all major attractions. As mentioned in an earlier review, their are quite a few stairs to climb to get to the unit. David is very responsive and accommodating. Overall, great experience!

We had a wonderful time and fell in love with a Lisbon! David, the property manager, was so helpful! David helped us with our luggage helped us get settled in and gave us great recommendations. I give him five stars.

Great location

Amazing place to stay. There is everything you need. The appartment comes with everything, very well equiped. Don't hesitate to stop at Flat Cafe near by. The staff and owner are great people and the coffee and food is good. Be ready to climb the 75 steps to get to the roof top appartment. It keeps you in good shape. David was great to deal with and respond always very quickly with clear instructions. Thank you David!
