LV Premier Bica is a bright 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment featuring a large terrace, BBQ and a balcony. The unit has Air conditioned and central heating. It has frontal views of the river and the area around TimeOut Ribeira Market. This is a fully equipped apartment, with all large and small kitchen appliances, and it has a prime location next to elevador da bica, the tramway connecting to Bairro Alto. There is a metro station 10 min away (Cais do Sodre, or if you walk uphill Baixa Chiado). Bica is the true old Lisbon with many walkways connected by stairs. You will be spoiled for choice with bars and restaurants and lots of activities in the area.

Perfect apartment in great location

This property was just as it was advertised. Not one thing to be disappointed about. Super location close to the centre but far enough away to feel we were living amongst residents of the city. Would love to come back.

great property. But building work nextdoor started at 7.30am. Diesel fumes and noise from builders generator, made use of terrace during the day impossible

Lovely terrace and apartment

Awesome location, great apartment

This apartment is worth the price -- the view, the location, the private terrace, with 2BR and 2B (and kitchen). The only suggestion I have is a more comfortable sofa and/or sitting chair. The apartment is in a great neighborhood, in close proximity to many restaurants and sightseeing. Just be prepared for stairs -- everywhere in Lisbon. Staff were great responding to my questions from overseas, and were waiting for us at the apartment to check-in. The apartment was very clean. We didn't cook but it was nice to have the opportunity to make coffee and have a fridge. If I return to Lisbon, I'd definitely stay here again.
