Smart TV/DVD with cable located in the living room and both bedrooms. Laundry room conveniently located just outside unit in the hallway (no noise). There are 2 grilling areas on each side of the building with 12 total grills and 2 picnic tables. The condo is on a DEAD END ROAD so there is no heavy traffic and this complex is very family-friendly. Ocean Annie's Beach Bar and Restaurant are very close for food and music - sit in a chair night or day and relax. Apache Pier is just a short walk down the beach for food, an arcade, and fishing. Also, more fishing in the marsh causeway is located just across the street. Nearby: Small shops and Flip Flops Restaurant/Bar- 3' minute walk, grocery stores, Walmart and multiple restaurants within minutes, Arcadian Golf Course and Tanger Outlets- 5', Barefoot Landing- 10' and Broadway at the Beach- 15'.
