Fantastic Ocean View in a beautifully decorated and UPDATED FIRST FLOOR condo !

"Drift Away" - First-floor condo with great ocean view - 60 steps to the beach and you are in the sand! The condo deck overlooks one pool and is steps away from the second pool. The unit is very clean, comfortably furnished, and has been updated and decorated for a relaxing, warm beach feel. Kitchen, flooring, and guest bath have all been updated recently. You won't want to leave. Very comfortable pillow-top bedding in both rooms, king in master and queen in 2nd bedroom. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for extra space. Pillows and bedspreads are provided and linen service is available as an option if you don't want to bring your own. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Smart TV/DVD with cable located in the living room and both bedrooms. Laundry room conveniently located just outside unit in the hallway (no noise). There are 2 grilling areas on each side of the building with 12 total grills and 2 picnic tables. The condo is on a DEAD END ROAD so there is no heavy traffic and this complex is very family-friendly. Ocean Annie's Beach Bar and Restaurant are very close for food and music - sit in a chair night or day and relax. Apache Pier is just a short walk down the beach for food, an arcade, and fishing. Also, more fishing in the marsh causeway is located just across the street. Nearby: Small shops and Flip Flops Restaurant/Bar- 3' minute walk, grocery stores, Walmart and multiple restaurants within minutes, Arcadian Golf Course and Tanger Outlets- 5', Barefoot Landing- 10' and Broadway at the Beach- 15'. We absolutely loved our condo at APATB3. We have been staying there for years and this was the best place yet. So nicely decorated, super comfy beds, great modern appliances, 1st floor location, and even great beach chairs. Hope to stay here next uear!

Excellent place!

I rented this property for my dad so he could come to the beach with us. He loved it! Everything in the kitchen you could need, chairs in the closet, updates all around. Great place to stay and minutes down to the beach!

We had the best week here! The condo is cute and renovated, AC works very well and was awesome! The bathroom in the master is kind of small if you are a bigger person. The beds were great! Would stay again :)

Great, convenient location to the beach and next to Ocean Annie’s. The Outside property is well maintained and tidy. Condo was perfect and just as described. Very pleased and would absolutely rent again in the future.

Week at Myrtle

We had a great time the unit was just as advertised. We had a great view of the beach from the unit and were just steps away from the beach. We would definitely stay here again. The only downside was no washer and dryer in the unit and no ice maker.

Great time with girlfriends at the beach

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a great place! The view was great and we loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the sound of the ocean and great breeze. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything anyone could need. The beds were very comfortable. Its a very short walk on the beach to Ocean Annie's to grab a bite to eat and have a nice drink and listen to the music. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

Great Place!

Very clean and very nicely decorated condo. Easy check in/check out, and good communication from the hosts. We have stayed in several of the condos along the same row of this building and this one will definitely be on our list to check on availability for next year!

Why they chose this property

Family friendly, steps to the beach with access to 2 pools, great location with a dead end street which limits heavy traffic and noise, easy walk to the pier, shopping and dining - just down the street

We also have another rental condo diagonal to this unit which is a newer rental and is in great shape. IF YOU HAVE A LARGE FAMILY OR WANT TO VACATION WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY LOOK NO MORE...... YOU CAN BE STEPS FROM EACH OTHER BUT HAVE YOUR OWN SPACE. TOTAL SLEEPING CAPACITY FOR THE 2 UNITS IS 10!
