Once again enjoyed our stay

This is our 2nd visit to this property and once again we had a great time there and really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely want to stay there again when we next holiday in Portugal.

Superb villa

Have been going to Presa de Moura for years and this is by far the best property we have stayed in. Well equipped and has everything we needed. Location is great and quiet. Stayed with our extended family which works as there is plenty of space for all. Sky sports is a real bonus as the cricket was on!

Beautiful, Quiet Location

We stayed at the villa last week with our daughter, her husband and their toddler and infant and our son-in -laws mother. The house was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The yard was peaceful and the pool enjoyed by all. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the upper deck. We woukd love to return one day.

Fantastic week in Presa de Moura

We had a fabulous 7 days at Villa Libron The Villa is outstanding, well equipped and a short taxi ride into Carvoeiro - a coastal town with lots of great restaurants and a lovely beach Would thoroughly recommend the Villa and the area👍 Thanks for everything Ron C u next year

Superb villa, quality furnishings and immaculately clean. The outdoor space was great and the pool is lovely. Plenty of space and privacy for 2 families and teenagers. The area is quiet / residential but close to beaches and restaurants. We didn’t want to be in a very commercialised area so suited us perfectly. We would highly recommend and are keen to return.

Had the most wonderful holiday, with friends and family. Everything about the villa is magnificent and excelled our expectations! Beautifully designed and furnished. It is superbly located and in easy reach of fantastic beaches, bars and restaurants. We wallked into Carveoiro several times - the tapas restaurant was excellent, as were the cocktails in the Sky Bar. The boat trip from Portimão to see the caves was brilliant and great value for money. All in all we were all so sad to leave - we can’t wait to return to the villa and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Algarve Holiday

Great stay with family. The home is exactly as advertised. Check in was not ideal as reception gave us the wrong keys and then neglected to tell us there was an alarm system. The kitchen is well equipped but coffee maker leaks and appears to be on its last legs. Zero condiments (no oil, salt/pepper).

A very disappointing response from Ken particularly when he had asked where to to go and what to do which I gave at some length. Wanted pool heating at the last minute but was not prepared to pay even though it is in the villa advertising information The coffee maker is less than 18 months old worked well for previous clients perhaps Ken didn't read the instruction manual in the folder hence the reason for the leak.. A self catering villa means you provide your own food provisions and we have provided containers and utensils to use for food preparation. I have had my villa management team for 20 years no problems They are extremely well thought of I can only apologize for the hiccup with the keys and the alarm and ensure it does not happen again.

Lovely property

Didn’t want to give this property a good rating, as wanted to keep it all to ourselves 😜 but this is a lovely well kept villa. It is nicely decorated and in very good condition- probably because the owners use it themselves. It is a nice quiet area but close to many amenities and has a very good restaurant nearby. Ron was very helpful and we would definitely recommend this villa - couldn’t really fault it - we had a lovely time there and will definitely be back.

wow what a stunning villa .Just beautiful !

This is a stunning villa with high spec equipment and everything for a perfect holiday . We could have not asked for a better villa . the pool area actually took my breath away it was so lovely . If you have to leave the villa I Would recommend a car but the supermarket is walking distance . We had no issues with getting an Uber and plenty of nearby towns to visit no more than 10 euros in Uber .Definitely a place to return .The owner is very helpful and great communication and very thoughtful . Thank you for letting us enjoy your lovely villa .

Extremely clean and spacious property. The communication with Ron was excellent and always quick to respond with very helpful instructions. Amazing transfer from the airport with Ron’s recommendation. The pool was great for the younger children as an accessible shallow end as well as a deeper end for an escape for the grown ups! A hire car is essential if wanting to explore and get to the local supermarket. Extremely helpful staff in reception ,including the maid services. We are already contemplating a return visit as soon as we can! Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

Beautiful Villa in the heart of the Algarve

9 of us stayed here for the first 2 weeks in August 2017. There was 6 adults 2 children 9 and 7 and a 7 month old. All initial communication was done via Ron and he answered all the questions we had and made everything so easy. We hired a car from carvoiero car hire online and they dropped it off to the villa and collected it 2 weeks later. The property itself is beautiful, upstairs there is a double bed room and we had the travel cot supplied by the villa in there. We took our own foldable quad size mattress for the cot and I suggest you do the same if you want to use it other wise it is just 2 blankets with a sheet over. The other room upstairs is 2 twins. All the room upstairs and downstairs have enusites and are well stocked with towels. The cleaners come in twice a week to change beds and towels and toilet rolls plus give the floors a mop etc... Downstairs there are 2 more twin bedrooms but we arranged for the beds in one room to be pushed together to make a double. All the bedrooms and the living rooms have air con which was needed as nearly every day was 36 degrees. The living room has comfy sofas and good size tv which has English terrestrial channels on it. There is an alfresco dining dining section that is under cover as you step out from the kitchen and this also has a BBQ area in it. The outside is well maintained and the gardeners showed up which a lawnmower and hedge trimmer to ensure the gardens were well maintained. The pool was also checked by the pool guys and topped up accordingly. There is a reception over the road and if there was any issues we went over there and it was pretty much sorted straight away. The area is great and I can recommend the local restaurant Luisa Place. They do also do takeaway from the whole menu that you can arrange to collect. The town is about a 10 minute or an approximate 6 euro uber ride away. It was too far to walk for us and is all down Hill on the at the way there but all up hill on the way back. The town Carvoiero is nice and the ice cream shops and restaurants are great. I recommend the Ferrero Roche ice cream from the ice cream shop on the corner at the end. Ultimately we want to come again. The villa is perfect, the town is great and it's bang in the middle of the algrave for travelling to other towns. Give this 5 star easily.

We had an absolutely fabulous holiday at this villa and couldn’t fault it at all. The owner Ron, was always prompt to reply to my messages along with being extremely helpful and friendly. The villa was everything and more that we could have asked for. The team who welcomed us when we arrived were also fantastic and very welcoming.The villa was immaculate, extremely clean and had everything we needed for our holiday. We went in June and chose not to have the pool heated and it was so lovely and refreshing that we felt it would have been a waste of money if we had decided to have it heated. It was only a short distance by car to the supermarket (which was fabulous. Apolonia), and to Ferragudo and Carvoeiro which were both charming little villages nestled into the beautiful coastline.We without doubt will be back again.

Herrliche Villa sehr sauber und in einem tadellosem Zustand. Der Außenbereich ist schön und für 8 Personen alles vorhanden. Anfragen an Ron und Liz wurden schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Die empfohlene Autovermietung war unkompliziert. Am Flughafen am Parkplatz 4 wurden wir empfangen wo das Fahrzeug übergeben würde. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder
