Kefalonia villas: 3 bedroom villa Gardenia - cozy Greek house with sea view

Feel the charm of true Kefalonia relaxing at our lovely villa surrounded by wonderful nature! It offers 3 bedrooms, a magical view from the veranda, and nice cozy interior of a real Greek house.

The villa is designed for 6 people offering a comfortable layout and spacious rooms. For the 7th person we would arrange an extra bed, or they can use the existing sofas.

On the ground floor, there is a living room at your disposal, where all the guests will be able to gather and have a good time; well-equipped kitchen area with a dining table; a bathroom with WC, bath and sink.

On the charming veranda, you can sit nicely over a cup of tea or a glass of wine enjoying the magnificent view of the Ionian Sea.

A nice wooden staircase leads to the first floor. Here, you will find 3 bedrooms: two of them offer two single beds, the third - a comfortable double bed.

For your convenience, there is another bathroom with WC, shower and sink on the first floor.

A spacious balcony of the first floor offers a magical view.

The house is immersed in greenery, which gives it a special charm, turning it into a house from the fairy tales of your childhood ...

Located just a few hundred meters from the center of the charismatic village of Spartia, the villa promises peace and solitude, while small shops and taverns are within a walking distance.

We will be glad to see our guests in the fish restaurant Isalos, owned by our family and located on the way to Spartia beach. We also are pleased to offer all our guests a free lunch at this restaurant upon arrival.

Down to the beaches, there is an asphalt road, which takes only 3-4 minutes drive to the sea.

In Spartia, you will find three beautiful beaches: sandy Klimatsias, where kids can safely splash in shallow water; wild, delightful Thermanti with amazingly clear water; rocky, picturesque Ema beach at Cape Liakas.

The road from the sea goes uphill, so we think, the it is necessary to have a car. This will allow you not only to reach these beaches in 3-5 minutes, but also to visit other tiny colourful beaches and azure lagoons, which the south-west coast of Kefalonia is so rich with!
