Three bedroom cottage. 2 Queens, one twin and pull out couch. Very clean. This cottage is directly across the street from the sandbar with the public access a couple of cottages away. Wi-fi. Outdoor patio with grill. Fire-pit. Large yard to play games with the kids. Close to launch site at Torch River. Walking distance to marina, party store, hardware store and restaurant. Close to grocery store and numerous restaurants. Several golf courses fairly close. 30 minutes from Traverse City and 20 minutes from casino. Coin operated laundry within approximately 8 minutes. Non-smoking. Pet-free. Close to Torch River. Renters to bring own sheets and towels. Sheets can be provided for an additional charge.

I live in a 100 year old cottage next door so I'm always here to help you. The rental cottage is not just a rental. It will, one day, become my 5th Torch Lake generation's personal cottage. Therefore, it is lovingly cared for and kept up. I expect my renters to respect my dreams in keeping it nice for my grandchildren. I love sharing this area of northern Michigan with others.

Why they chose this property

It's close to everything, the back yard is peaceful and the cottage is clean🤗. It brings back the wonderful world of cottage living and is not like a modern hotel room.

What makes this property unique

Outdoor hot water shower (soon to come) as well as indoor shower. Deer in the yard, at quiet times. Also, you can’t be any closer to the sand bar for the price.
