About this property
Beautiful large 5 bedroom house in the village centre.
Our recently renovated house is located a 5 - 10 minute walk to the port, beach and the daily market, in the lovely village of La Flotte - one of the prettiest in Ile de Re. Our house is on a quiet little cobbled street.
The well equipped kitchen / dining area has double doors which leads out onto the pool deck. The dining table is big enough to seat 10.The pool has an electric cover which when fully clipped is !00% safe for children. There are loungers and an outdoor table next to the pool.
The very large double sized sitting room has 2 separate areas, and leads out onto the garden. There is a 137cm TV with Apple TV, DVD player, and blue tooth connection for your music.
The garden has an outdoor sitting area. Both pool and garden are a wonderful sun trap, protected from the wind.
The garden leads to the covered garage, big enough for a car and to store your bikes.
We have 5 large bedrooms . Bedroom 1 is downstairs, has a king size bed (easily accessible by wheelchair if required), overlooks the pool, with ensuite bath, shower and WC. Bedroom 2 overlooks the pool deck and has a King size bed and en-suite shower and WC. Bedroom 3 has twin beds. Bedroom 4 has a large double bed. Both these rooms overlook the quiet street and share a shower room and separate WC. Bedroom 5 has a large double bed, overlooks the pool and has an en-suite bath, shower and WC.
There is a small supermarket, boulangerie, bike hire and many little shops just 5 minutes walk away. The main Leclerc supermarket is an easy cycle or 5 minute drive.

A returnable security deposit of €2000 payable prior to your arrival.
Cleaning fee of €300 payable on arrival.
All bedding and bath towels included (for stays of 4 days or more) - swimming towels possible on request for an additional fee.
