Perfect Getaway

The property was absolutely perfect for our little girls weekend. Great mountain views and can see the strip from the back yard. Pool was perfect considering how hot it was outside. Definitely will rent again if we're in the area.

Wonderful!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this property. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The house is beautiful, the outdoor living space and pool were very well used. All the extra amenities at the house were awesome, we really appreciated to coolers for day hikes, the pool toys were unexpected. Great location, safe neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

Great house

We came to Las Vegas for a short day Monday to Thursday. We spent little time in the strip and mostly went to the national parks nearby Like Hoover dam red rock Canyon. The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean spacious and the pool was an absolute delight. After hiking in the morning coming back to the pool was amazing and made the trip. We would definitely come back and do it again.

Rose Bowl Trip

Decided to fly into Vegas and drive to The Rose Bowl. The home worked out great. It was outside of town so got away from the craziness of the Strip, yet still close enough to go enjoy. The house was as described. Would definitely return.

Comfy Oasis

We had a horrible drive on the 15 so when we arrived at this beautiful house it was such a relief. The house is laid out pretty well and very comfortable. Lots of room to just relax and have a great time. Conveniently located about 25 minutes from the strip if you feel the itch to gamble down there. 7 minutes to Vons and a small shopping Center (about 1 mile from the house) which made it super convenient to get groceries for our stay. Owners were really easy to work with and everything went smooth! I would definitely rent this beautiful house again. Thank you Jeff and Michele.

Exactly as pictured! Lovely, modern & clean vacation home!

Our family had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful home in Henderson for our vacation. This house is close enough to enjoy Las Vegas, the lights and entertainment and far enough away that you can really feel "at home" by the pool or relaxing watching the big screen TV at night. The pictures are very accurate and the home clean and nicely appointed. The smaller bedroom off the living room was probably intended as an office and did not have a closet available to hang up any clothes. On the contrary for the other bedroom and master suite...HUGE walk in closets in both! One thing that we found to be a little odd was that the master bathroom had no door whatsoever. Not even for the area of the toilet! I really wished that it would have been noted in the information also that you are not able to park in the garage. Considering that summer temperatures are generally over 100 degrees, I was surprised that we had to park in the front of the house. But only those two minor things. Overall this was a very nice house, super friendly and responsive owners, great location, easy access to shopping and restaurants and a good value for a relaxing vacation home!

Great house. Had everything we needed. Nice and quiet but not too far from the action. Nice to have a quiet place to go to after the strip. The pool was perfect. Not sure how they do it but it stayed cold even on 45 degree days. The view from the backyard is amazing. Highly recommend.

Nice place to stay in Henderson

We come to Henderson to visit family about once/year and this was a great place to stay. I stayed with my husband and one year old. The property was tidy and well appointed. Kitchen has everything you could need. I would have loved some coffee or tea, but we brought our own and had no issue using the coffee maker. One thing I didn't see in the listing was the landing step when you first open the front door. I would have loved to see a photo of that part of the house- the step plus the hard tile floor made the house less than ideal for my newly walking toddler. The other thing that was a little tricky was that there were two rooms with queens downstairs and then one king room upstairs. I didn't take any stars off for either of those things, though. We just would have loved to know that before booking. We had an issue with a thermostat during our stay and the host was super quick to respond and fixed it right away. Everything worked out great in the end and I would stay here again!

Everything is better than advertised

Often with Vacation rentals you find things that don't work, coffee makers, televisions, but with this property, everything works and is nicer then what is advertised, convenient to local shopping and the Las Vegas Strip.

A really great holiday home

Me & my wife absolutely loved staying here. The property had everything we needed. The location is great, you can get anywhere in Henderson by Uber quickly and it’s only 20 mins to the Strip or Downtown if you want to go further out. Lovely and peaceful with a fantastic outdoor area and pool.

Lacrosse weekend

This house was perfect for a weekend of Lacrosse in Henderson Nevada. We had two family staying in this house, which accommodated everyone perfectly. The house is located in an area that’s easy to access from the freeways, get to grocery stores, and ferry, safe. Any issues we had were resolved within minutes, and our questions were answered quickly.

The home is located in a great neighborhood, close to all amenities. Beautiful front yard view of Black Mountain, and back yard of the Las Vegas Strip and valley.

What makes this property unique

Totally private backyard and pool area for your exclusive enjoyment. Security cameras are located outside at the front door, side yard and pool area. for your protection. Very quiet and lightly traveled street, fantastic neighbors. Pool heat can be turned on for an additional $50.00 a day.
