An amazing and extremely spacious apartment in the heart of Lisbon, in a fancy neighbourhood and 10 minutes (walk) away from the most high end shopping street in Lisbon, Avenida da Liberdade.
The apartment is extremely clean and newly refurbished, with amenities such as Sony 4K 55inch TV, 1000 Mbps ultra fast FIBRE internet, LG state of the art fridge and 14kg LG washing machine and dryer. To add to all this, all rooms have top, state of the air conditioner from Daikin.

Overrated and Overpriced

The owner is very nice and responsive but the basic living amenities were not acceptable.. Spacious and light, the apartment looks out onto concrete condos, an office building and a good fish and produce market. It's across the street from an office building and a Sheraton hotel, good for getting cabs. Amenities included salt, pepper and Netflix. We are two adults in our sixties who booked for almost 8 weeks. There were four towels, no change of linens or bedding. Water glasses were delivered on the third day, a second key 8 days later. I used the mop, the rusted head broke right off, we replaced it. I put a towel over the shower rod, it came crashing down, we replaced it. Sparsely furnished with a chipped dining table, a couch and desk, there is nowhere for guests to be besides the table. Some of the walls were stained as is the rug - fine, but this is not a luxury apartment.

Perfect Holiday Getaway!

The apartment is amazing , very clean, comfortable, good beds for excellent sleep, and the space was great for small family gatherings and we did minimal cooking, but all kitchen supplies available. In close distance (walking or short taxi) to so many wonderful and affordable restaurants, and all of the city sites (the streets with holiday lights, street music, danced and sang to new year's eve concert and watched fireworks on the water with fun local crowds, castles, Belem tower, pastry and coffee shops a plenty. Walked to train stop for day trip to Sintra - amazing! The apartment is above upscale shopping, as well as full grocery store(s). We like to walk, but taxis a plenty, just hail from any curb, OR the apartment is across street from Sheraton Hotel where there were always available taxis. Laurence was a wonderful, welcoming, in communication prior to entry/key directions and above and beyond responsive host! Thanks for creating a space for lifetime memories and time with our family! Loved this space and trip!

Great Stay, Great Place, Great Host

What can I say? Laurence was great and communicative from the start. As we got closer to the arrival date, he started asking for logistics to make sure we had what we needed, etc. During our stay, he answered questions we had promptly. Some guidance around Lisbon, where things were in the apartment. The apartment itself was large, clean, and overall a great stay. Laurence is someone we would choose to stay with again whether in Lisbon or whereever else he is a host. A+

Wonderful large Apt

Had a great stay at this large apt. Very nicely located between 2 metro stops; nice location; easy walking to awesome boulevard with direct walk to Center of Lisbon Square. Great beds, kitchen, and baths; nice linens; $10 taxi ride from Airport. Restaurants and shopping mall in same building. Overall nice stay

Excellent Location, Clean Property, Great Host

Our best friends and I spent 11 days in Portugal and used this apartment as a home base. It is extremely convenient convenient that this property is above a shopping mall with shops, restaurants and ATM and a small grocery store. Having a washer / dryer was also great. Laurence was a fabulous host and even volunteered to pick us up at the airport (for a fee)! That made a huge difference for us not having to worry about check in or airpost logistics. Although not in the touristy districts of Chiado or the Alfara, it was just a short Taxi drive or 30 minute walk to those areas. Many restaurants and promenades in this upscale Soldanha neigborhood. Air conditioning and Smart TV worked perfectly. Underground parking also available. Perfect place for 2 couples to stay in Lisbon
