What a lovely place! Conveniently located, clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved the outdoor balcony and having two bathrooms was a luxury. Check-in was easy and we really enjoyed our time here. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay for two couples was great! The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and it felt safe. We appreciated the nearby neighborhood grocery stores. The hosts are helpful and responsive.

Very clean updated property. Good location although not in an ideal neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen and adequate space. Enjoyed our stay. One drawback is only one set of keys provided.

It is a beautiful apartment. Note it backs on to other apartment buildings. While we were there the road was under construction. Many shops were closed because of this. If you are from North America make sure you receive instructions on the door lock.

The apartment is beautiful, very clean and stylish. The host welcomed us with a nice white wine and traditional Portuguese custard pastries, or Nata. While it does not have an elevator, the steps up to the second floor are wide. The area has local restaurants and grocery stores. It is easy walking to the tram or even on foot to historic areas and a wonderful Miradour. Part of the street is under repair but still walkable on each side, no problem,.

This is a nice apartment, a good place to relax after returning from the city. There are two modern very clean bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is centrally located with stores and restaurants nearby. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the tramway and less than 15 minutes to the metro station. We also liked the neighbourhood with a lot of locals and international residents. Silvia’s reception was very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay. Feels like a little neighbourhood in Lisbon. Close to everything but far enough from the crowds. Clean, comfortable beds and great communication with host.

Great stay in Lisbon

Amazing time in Silvia's flat in Penha de Franca up from Graca a 10 minute walk up the hill from Metro Anjos. We loved the nicely appointed apartment and the neighborhood for a family vacation of 6 nights.

We were met by our hostess and she recommended fantastic places to eat. A nice market just down the street. Beds were comfortable. Apartment was quiet. We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. Coffee pods were available. Best of all the place was very clean!

Mother daughter holiday

We had a lovely time. Our host was very welcoming and gracious. We will welcomed with some Portuguese pastries and a bottle of wine, and she took the time to highlight. Some of them must see attractions.

Great place to stay

Very clean , easy check in. Beautiful condo. Bathrooms very modern. Only downfall is there was no plates which wasn’t a big deal. She left us a bottle of wine & pastries which were delicious. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Clean, convenient and easy.

The stay was exactly as described. Quiet neighborhood a quick walk/Uber to where we wanted to go. Check in was also easy, and it was well stocked. There are a lot of small restaurants a block or two away, which were perfect after busy days walking through Lisbon (bring cash). Was really perfect for us

Wonderful property! Our Host Sylvia was delightful and informative. Wine and pastries were a nice touch👍. The property would benefit with a drier for foreign travellers.
