Your family will enjoy the newly renovated clean and spacious property, outside enclosed shower with changing area, large paver picnic/patio area with gas grill, off street parking for 2 cars, fenced pool as well as fenced yard, huge great room with smart tv, internet, 3 bedrooms, stainless appliances, granite counters, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms. Great family vacation home! Please, no smoking. Small dogs considered with owner consent and additional pet fee. This fantastic location allows you watch fireworks from your front porch! Free Kiddie shows every week on the beach as well family movies and many other activities. Walk to boardwalk rides and amusements as well as the inlet restaurants, parasailing and fishing boats. Many restaurants, ice cream store, pizzeria, and donut shop also within walking distance! You will never have to move your car! 3 beach badges included with rental.
