111 - Poolside 1 bedroom closest to the water

Welcome to Unit 111!

This 1 bedroom sleeps 2 with a king bed in the master bedroom. This unit is on the ground floor with easy access to the pool and just steps to the beach.
The kitchen and bathroom are not yet updated but we have new flooring. Be assured the unit is clean and has a fantastic view. Internet and TV cable with over 400 channels is a great addition to the perfect location.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on every floor.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Awesome location, great access to the beach, pool and activities. It could be my issue but I would have liked to have communication with the host. The unit was clean. We had a great trip and the unit was everything we expected.

Perfect location for family

Condo was a perfect size for my family of 4. Walk out back patio and pool to the right and ocean to the left. Laundry was right down the hall along with close parking and trash chute. Condo is a bit outdated but couldn’t ask for better view and convenience of shuffle board, pool and beach.

Great location, just very outdated and cupboards had opened containers of food. Bathrooms had used products that needed thrown away. Just felt it needed to be cleaned better.

Labor Day Weekend 2020

Super happy with the whole Hacienda Del Sol 2 experience. Thrilled with the 2/2 Cate placed us in. From location on the non-drive beach to this wonderful, clean, comfortable condo, I had everything for a great relaxing beach weekend. I will definitely plan to stay there again.
