Beautiful, clean and spacious 5 bedroom and 4 bath house in the most sought after community near Disney! 10 minutes drive to Disney and you can hear the Disney fireworks at night. Close to stores, restaurants and tons of shops. The house was renovated a couple of years ago and professionally designed. The house has its own screened swimming pool and hot spa and the garage is professionally changed to a game room with Pool, air hockey and table tennis tables. It comes with free wireless Internet.

Guess can utilize everything in the house. The kitchen is fully staffed with utensils in case you need to cook. There are stroller, playpen and high chair for babies. The house has it own pool and hot tub, back and front yard, and game room. The pool and hot tub can be heated, but with additional fee. There are towels, washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc that guests can use.

Why they chose this property

We choose this house because it sits in one of the premier locations near Disney. The house in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It has its own back and front yard with privacy from next door neighbors, yet it is very close (within 3 miles) of grocery stores, shopping areas and restaurants. It is within 5 miles to Disney theme parks, within 15 miles to Universal Studio and Seaworld. It is about 1 hour drive to the ocean beaches either on Daytona or Tempa. It is a spacious 5 bedroom 4 bathroom ranch house which provides special convenience to elderly or young kids.
