Excellent place to stay

We have returned to this property several times and it has always maintained its excellent high standards. Don’t hesitate to book this property. Its close proximity to Looe makes it an ideal choice. Grahame and Jane are lovely and make you feel very comfortable from the moment you arrive.

Tranquility

The accommodation is spotless and so well appointed. The host’s are so lovely and friendly. It’s in a peaceful setting with beautifully maintained gardens and a hot tub makes it a perfect retreat. Perfect location for exploring Cornwall. This was our third visit and we are already looking forward to our next!

Easter weekend in Linhay cottage, East Trenean Farm

My partner and I stayed at Linhay cottage over Easter weekend and could not be happier with the whole experience, from the booking to excellent service and communication provided by hosts, Jane and Graham. The cottage was so peaceful, with amazing views and facilities (hot tub, private patio). Looe and Polperro were a short drive from the cottage, offering beautiful scenery, walks and eateries.

Great holiday in a beautiful cottage. Friendly and helpful host. The cottage had everything you could possibly need for your holiday. Everything was spotlessly clean. Hot tub was great and very private. Close to a couple of nice beaches.

Wonderful place to relax good location to visit Cornwall

A warm welcome when we arrived we found staying at Linhay very comfortable and enjoyed using Hot Tub after visiting areas as was a good location in Cornwall. This was good location to enjoy walking and visiting those wonderful coastal villages

Beautiful cottage

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful cottage (Linhay). It is in a fabulous location with views across open county to the sea in the distance and well placed for exploring the lovely south Cornwall coastline. Spacious, comfortable, well equipped and perfect for two. Highly recommended.

Great cottage with luxury touches!

We had a lovely 3-night stay at the Linhay. The accomodation was as described in all marketing information and from the previous reviews and certainly had luxury touches to make us smile. The cottage and hot tub couldnt have been any better! The hosts were welcoming and communicative through out. If we plan to come back to Cornwall anytime then we'd certainly consider booking again.

Xmas break

We stayed over Christmas for the first time and we had a great stay The cottage was very festive with a tree and garlands We had everything we needed to cook our Christmas dinner and we would definitely recommend it for a chilled break away This was our third visit and it was as good as our first The setting is very tranquil and relaxing and the hot tub is a nice bonus Thanks to Graham and Jane for another lovely stay Dave & Louise

A Very Comfortable Stay

Everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. Very spacious and quiet. Lovely garden and hot tub. Perhaps a fleece blanket for the sofa or to use as summer weight bedding with a sheet would be a useful addition. Copley Arms, nearby, does excellent food with gluten free options suitable for coeliacs which was particularly helpful for us.

Gorgeous getaway

Such a gorgeous location for a quiet getaway - perfect location for exploring everything Cornwall has to offer before relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the views across the valley. The hosts were super welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay, including offering recommendations for places to visit. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back soon!

Another lovely visit!

Our second visit to Linhay and, if anything, it was even better than the first. House was immaculate on arrival and so comfortable & spacious. We enjoyed very hot & sunny weather so made good use of the garden, the shade of the trees and the hot tub, which is always very clean & well maintained. A lovely quiet & peaceful spot.

Relaxing getaway

Our three nights at the Linhay were delightful. The stay was incredibly relaxing. The cottage lived up to its expectations - it was clean, well-equipped, spacious, cozy, and with a beautiful view just as shown on the website. We didn’t go out much, but enjoyed the comfort of the cottage and the hot tub.

Fabulous Stay

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Linhay which is a lovely cottage for two people at East Trenean Farm which is a few miles outside Looe. Apart from being very spacious and comfortable it is the best equipped cottage we have ever stayed in and the hot tub in the private garden is the icing on the cake! You will not be disappointed if you book.

Late summer stay in Looe

Lovely cottage, excellent hosts. Nothing ever too much trouble. Very well equipped cottage. We stayed here for our honeymoon. The hot tub was lovely and the cottage had lots of little extras. .

Another perfect stay

We have stayed at Linhay several times now and it never fails to disappoint. The accommodation is first class, luxurious, well equipped, comfortable and immaculately clean. Owners Graham and Jane, are fantastic hosts, friendly and knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. They do their utmost to ensure that your stay is as perfect as possible. We would highly recommend.

Absolutely lovely

Beautiful, spotless property and stunning surroundings with everything done to the highest standard with lovely hosts. If I had to be picky the hot tub could do with a little levelling but not an issue and didnt detract from our stay at all. So peaceful and perfect. Would definitely recommend and stay again. 5*

Linhay Cottage East Trenean Farm

Graham and Jane were lovely hosts to their fabulous cottage. It was well equiped with everything required to make it a fabulous stay in this wonderful area of Corwall. Beatiful uninterrupted views over the open Cornish countryside, lovely sitting areas to chill out with a good book and a glass of wine. Thank you both
