The apartments are arranged ground floor / first floor and have beautiful sea view, private parking, covered outdoor veranda, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette and sofa, for a total of 4 beds each. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Bellosguardo 8 apartment is located on the first floor and has a small and welcoming 15sq.m covered veranda: here you can relax and enjoy an enchanting panorama, the view ranges from the island of Tavolara to the promontory of Golfo degli Aranci. The covered veranda has a lounge area with a sofa and armchairs. The accommodation, well finished and with typical wooden ceilings, has comfortable spaces to host 4 guests: the living room has a dining table and a relaxation area with TV and sofa, a kitchenette with fridge / freezer, little oven, dishwasher and air conditioning. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: a double room with exit into the balcony and panoramic view, a double room with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. A reserved parking space is available for the accommodation.

Bellosguardo is the ideal solution for those who want to enjoy the beauty of the area with comfort. Within a radius of 2 kilometers are all the shops needed to meet daily needs. Our guests greatly appreciate the proximity to the sea. The nearest N4 bus stop is about 500 meters away. The property is located in the well-kept Bellosguardo residential complex consisting of small terraced houses and located about 80 meters away from the cliff in front of it.
The beach of Lo Squalo, Pellicano and Pittulongu are well equipped with bathing and restaurant services. Within two minutes by car or on foot you can reach the shops of the neighborhood such as bars, restaurants, supermarket. The area hosts numerous kiosks on the beach where you can relax in the evening sipping a glass of wine or a good cocktail, tasting some typical appetizers.
