Welcome to GreenGate—your sunny Boulder retreat with mid-century charm and modern comfort. Tucked on a quiet lot and powered by the sun, our home is full of character, soul, and spaces to kick back, connect, and recharge.

*Living Room
The heart of the house! Sink into the big, comfy sectional for movie marathons, game nights, or lazy afternoons. You’ve got fast Wi-Fi, YouTube TV, PBS, and Prime Video—plus plenty of light pouring in through oversized windows.

*Dining + Patio Vibes
Our dining room is a bright, happy space for sharing meals, playing cards, or sipping coffee in the morning light. Slide open the doors to the screened-in patio—your private nook for unwinding with a book, spotting squirrels, or stargazing in gravity chairs.

*Bedrooms
Each of the three bedrooms has its own personality and perfect sleep setup.
The primary suite has a Cal King bed, ensuite bathroom, and a cozy loft office that leads to a private deck (hello, mountain air!).
The purple bedroom features a queen bed and sweet, calming vibes.
The third bedroom has a comfy full-size bed and is just right for solo travelers or younger guests.
All rooms come with their own AC units for cool summer nights and uninterrupted Zzzs.

Love to cook? You’ll find a fully updated kitchen with modern appliances and everything you need to whip up a meal or make your morning brew.
Both bathrooms are stylish and fresh, with thoughtful updates and spa-like touches.

*Backyard & Park Access
Step into the garden and feel the stress melt away. Glide on the swing, listen to the birds, or follow the squirrels’ antics. Out the back gate? A 20-acre park playground, splash pad, and Olympic-size pool are waiting for you—just bring your sense of adventure.

Our home is meant for relaxing, recharging, and enjoying Boulder—not for wild parties or glitter explosions.

The booking guest must be 30+
No parties or events
Please treat the house like it’s your own
Glitter is banned (it never leaves)
So are Axe Body products (sorry, it's an allergy thing)

City of Boulder license #RHL2017-00279 and only 3 unrelated occupants are allowed to rent the space.

There are two outside Ring security cameras, one at the front door and one near the back door.
